Cranberry Almond Bark

  • 8 oz. white chocolate, melted
  • 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 cup almonds, toasted
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  1. Mix almonds and cranberries into white chocolate. Spread onto waxed paper.
  2. Drizzle semi-sweet chocolate over all.
  3. Chill until firm and break into desired sized pieces. Store in the fridge.

Makes: 1 pound (approx. 16 servings)
