Napa Cabbage, Asian Pear & Carrot Salad

4-5 cups Napa cabbage, sliced

2 carrots, peeled and julienned

1 Asian pear, sliced

Sliced almonds, toasted and cooled

Sesame seeds to garnish


Dressing:

3 Tablespoons vegetable oil such as canola

2 Tablespoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 teaspoon sugar

Salt & Pepper
