green smoothie

3 cups baby spinach

4 baby carrots

4 broccoli florets

4 frozen strawberries

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 soft avocado

1 teaspoon flax seed powder

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon green powder

2 cup water, plus more if needed

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender with 2 cups water and blend on high until smoothie like consistency. 
  2. Add more water to get the consistency that you like.
