Family Friendly Pasta Salad

250 g cooked Farfalle (Bow Tie) pasta

1 large tomato, seeded and diced

1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced

1 large carrot, peeled and shredded

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Olive oil and salt to taste


Mix the cooked pasta with the diced veggies and cheese. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt. Serve cold.
