Pepaw's Chicken Noodle Soup

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 c. chicken broth
2 pkg. Ramen Noodles (chicken flavor)
16 oz. frozen mixed veggies
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 to 4 c. water
fresh ground pepper to taste
salt to taste

1.) Boil the chicken in the water for about 30 minutes.

2.) Remove the chicken and cut into chunks, and return to pan.

3.) Add in the chicken broth, seasoning pack from Ramen noodles (however, you could toss it out and add in the seasonings of your choice - basil, oregano, paprika, etc...), frozen veggies, and garlic. Simmer for an hour +.

4.) Add in the Ramen noodles and season with pepper and salt, if necessary. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
