For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Sherin Moustafa which you must have a license to use you can get one at DSI
Paper and Elements are from a scrapkit called Remember The Time by Chili Designz, you can purchase that HERE
Mask is by Vaybs, its Xmas mask06, which you can download HERE
Snow animation, if this is yours please let me know so I can give the appropriate credit
You can get the Snow Animation HERE

Open up the mask and a paper of your choice, duplicate the paper resize to 600 x 600 and close the original
Now on your new paper
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window and now you can close the original

On your new mask image duplicate this in your layer pallet
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Image / Canvas Size / 640 x 640 dont worry we will crop later

Now open up the snow overlay and your tube
Resize the snow overlay to 600 x 600, copy and paste this as a new layer and give it a very gentle dropshadow
Duplicate this layer and drag it underneath your mask layer then cross this out in your layer pallet
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, I recoloured mine to black and white this is entirely up to you, then resize if needed and no dropshadow is needed and place it over the mask

Now in your layer pallet highlight the mask layer
Selections / Select All
Using your selections tool click anywhere on your canvas, this will make your mask layer float without the edges or any dropshadow becoming distorted
Selections / Invert
While your ant are floating highlight the top snowoverlay layer in your layer pallet and hit the delete key, then highlight your tiube layer and again hit the delete key
Selections / Select None

Open up the snowflake and resize this by 60%, then copy and paste this as a new layer and give it a dropshadow of your choice
Place it to the top right hand corner of your tube, then drag this underneath your tube in your layer pallet and make sure that you can see at least half of it outside of your tube
Duplicate this layer, then mirror and flip this might need moving slightly so that its at the bottom eft hand corner of your image

Still keeping the bottom snow overlay crossed out in your layer pallet
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Now open some leaves and a ribbon of your choice, I used stem2 and also ribbon2
Copy and paste the leaves as a new layer and resize until your happy, I resized mine by 70% then give them a dropshadow, once your happy place these to the lft hand side of your tube, I used the deformation tool to slightly rotate mine
Then duplicate the leaves and again resize them, then rotate them slightly towards the left and move then down slightly
Copy and paste the the ribbon as a new layer and resize to your liking, place it across the bottom of your image and rotate so that its a little straighter, I used the deformation tool for this
Once your happy give it a dropshadow

Open up a bow of your choice and also the hanging decoration
Copy and paste the bow as a new layer and resize to your liking, I resized mine by 40% then place this just above the ribbon on top of the leaves, once your happy give it a dropshadow
Flip the decoration and resize until its quite small, I resized mine by 30%, then colourize it with hue and saturation set to 0
Then copy and paste this as a new layer and drag this underneath the bow layer in your layer pallet and give it a dropshadow

Add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright

Crop your image if needed

Now in your layer pallet cross out your merged mask and tube layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and now uncross all layers, you should be left with 3, your bottom overlay, middle mask/tube merged and the top elements layers

In you layer pallet make sure that your middle layer is highlighted

Now the fun part

Open up the animation in AS
Click on the first frame
Edit / Select All
Animation / Cull Animation and put 2 into the little box and click ok, this will squash your animation down to 10 frames

Then click on the first frame again
Edit / Select All
Edit / Copy

Now back in psp right click anywhere (not on your image) and Paste AS animation multiple images
This will make your animation open up as seperate images

Back to your image with your middle layer highlighted
Selections / Select All
Using your selections tool click anywhere on your image, again this will make it float without the edges or dropshadow going distorted or darker
Go to your flood fill and change your foreground to pattern, you will see the snow images in there like mine below

Now click on the first image of snow mine says image4, yours might say something different depending on how many images you have had open in psp
Then flood fill your floating image
Selections / Select None
Edit / Copy Merged
Over in AS paste as a new animation

Back in Psp click undo 3 times, this will take your image back to having the middle layer all selected
So using your selections tool again click anywhere on your image
Go to your flood fill and pattern, now change this to the NEXT image mine would be image5 and flood fill
Selections / Select None
Edit / Copy Merged
Over in AS paste after current frame

*Repeat the above step until you have done all 10 images/frames*

Once you have in AS play your animation and save as a Gif and your done
