This is my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Steve Baier which you must have a license to use you can get one at UYA
Paper and Elements are from a scrapkit called Wings Of Love by KnCScrapz, which you can purchase HERE
Mask is by Laurie, its #125 which you can download HERE

Open up the mask and a paper of your liking
Duplicate the paper, close the original and resize the new one to 600 x 600
Also resize the mask to 600 x 600

Go to the paper
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Invert
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window, now you can close the original mask

Now on your new mask image
Image / Canvas Size / 640 x 630 dont worry we will crop later

Still on your new mask image
Selections / Select All
Select your lasso tool and click anywhere on the mask image, this will make it float without becoming distorted around the edges
Selections / Modify / Feather / 20
Add a new raster layer
Open up another paper from the kit, I used a lighter one
Select your flood fill tool and change to pattern and your new paper should be in there, select that and flood fill 4 or 5 times
Selections / Select None
Then in your layer pallet drag this layer underneath your mask layer
Give your mask layer a slight dropshadow
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Open up a frame of your choice and your tube, I used the wreath as my frame
Copy and paste this as a new layer and resize by 65%, then rotate this towards the left so that its nearly on its side or until your happy, I used the deformation tool for this
Give this a nice healthy dropshadow

Now copy and paste your tube as a new layer and resize if needed, I resized mine by about 90% but this is up to you as all tubes are different
Once your happy place this towards the right hand side
Duplicate your tube layer and in your layer pallet drag this underneath your frame layer and again give this a nice healthy dropshadow
In your layer pallet highlight your top tube layer and using your lasso tool cut away the bottom part of your tube, so that it looks like shes popping out of the frame
If you can see any of your bottom tube layer outside of the frame, use your lasso tool to cut it away

Open up the glitter heart, copy and paste this as a new layer and resize it by 80%, in your layer pallet drag this underneath the bottom tube layer, no need for a dropshadow

Now open up the floatinghearts2 and resize these by 50%
Copy and paste them as a new layer, rotate these so that they are inline with the side of the heart, again I used the deformation tool for this and no need for a dropshadow
Once your happy duplicate this layer

Open up a flower and some leaves of your choice, I used flower and branch from the kit
Copy and paste the flower as a new layer and resize to your liking, I resized mine by 50% twice, then place this at the bottom point of the heart and give it a dropshadow
Copy and paste the leaves as a new layer and resize to your liking, I can't remember what I did mine by, but you dont want them too big
Once your happy with them drag these underneath the top floating heart layer in your layer pallet

Now open up a ribbon of your choice, I used the brownribbon and resize it by 40% then mirror
Copy and paste this as a new layer, then drag this layer underneath the leaf layer in your layer pallet
Duplicate this layer and drag this one underneath your top tube layer and give it a nice healthy dropshadow
In your layer pallet highlight the top ribbon layer and using your lasso tool cut away some of the right hand side of the ribbon that goes behind your tube

Open up a pearl or diamond of your choice, copy and pate it as a ne wlayer and resize until its quite small then place this in the centre of the flower, I used a white one
Then give it a dropshadow, then duplicate this resize again and place this in the centre of the knot of the ribbon

Add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Crop your image if needed

Now add a new raster layer
Select your paint brush tool and set it to round, size 1, hardness 100, opacity 100, step 89 and density 100 and choose a lighter colour that your tubes hair so you can see where your painting
Now just paint lines going along the flow of the hair, not too many I have a screen shot below to show you how I did mine

Once your happy and make sure that your paint layer is hightlighted in your layer pallet
Selections / Select All
Selections / Float
Selections / DeFloat
Now cross out your paint layer in your layer pallet
Highlight your merged image layer in your layer pallet
Apply the constellation settings as below

Selections / Select None
Edit / Copy Merged
Over in AS paste as a new animation

Back in psp click undo twice so that your image floats again
Re-apply the same constellation settings but hit random seed once
Selections / Select None
Edit / Copy Merged
Over in AS paste after current frame

Do this two more times, each time remember to hit random seed, and so that you have a total of 4 frames over in AS

In AS play your animation and your done
