For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Jasmine Becket-Griffith which you must have a license to use you can get one at CDO
*Please note that I purchased my tube from CILM*
Paper and Elements are from a free scrapkit by Polkadot Scraps called Down The Rabbit Hole, which you can download HERE
Mask is by Vix, its number 363 and you can download that HERE *its the 2nd mask on this direct post*

Open up the mask and a paper of your choice
Duplicate the paper and resize it to 600 x 600
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask form the dropdown menu
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window, then you can close down the original mask
Image / Canvas Size and change it to 630 x 590, dont worry we will crop later
Rotate your mask 90 degrees, doesnt matter left or right
Open up elements 37 and 39, the turquoise and red glitter splats, copy and paste both of these as new layers, no need to resize either of these and give them nice dropshadows, I used opacity 17
Now make sure that the red one is on top of your mask layer and drag the turquoise layer underneath your mask layer in your layer pallet
Now open up frame5, the nice black one and element31, the leaves
Copy and paste the frame as a new layer, resize it by 80% and then rotate it 90 degrees to the right, move this over slightly towards the right hand side, so that you can see equal amounts of the mask each side of it
Once your happy give this a nice healthy dropshadow
Copy and paste the leaves as a new layer, resize these by 60% then mirror them
Once your happy place these at the bottom left hand corner and then drag these underneath your mask layer in your layer pallet, move again if needed
Layers / Merge / Merge visible
Now open up your tube, copy and paste it as a new layer, I didnt resize mine, this is entirely up to you, then place it in the middle of the frame, lining the feet or end of your tube up with the bottom of the frame
Once your happy give it the same healthy dropshadow as the frame
Now open up elements 9, the tree and 31, the green grass
Copy and paste the tree as a new layer and resize until your happy, I resized mine by 70% 3 or 4 times until I was happy, then give it the same healthy dropshadow as before
Copy and paste the grass as a new layer and resize by 80%, give this the same dropshadow
Then line this up with the bottom of the frame, using your lasso tool cut away some of the grass either side of the frame
Layers / Merge / Merge visible
Now open up elements 1,2 and 3, the plate, cup and teapot, resize all three of these by 15%
Copy and paste these as new layers and rotate them to your liking, I used the deformation tool for this, then place these around your tag
Once your happy give them all dropshadows
Now add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright
Crop your image to your liking
Then save as either a transparent PNG or a JPEG with a white background and your done
