Google Docs is an online text writing tool similar to microsoft word. We will mostly use google docs to write lab reports. To create a new google doc go to docs.google.com. You must be signed in to your student email account to use google docs. Every document you create using google docs is automatically saved in your google drive.
Making Copies
Sometimes Mr Kipp will give you a document to review and annotate. Before you can start work, you will need to make your own copy of the document. Do not make alterations to Mr Kipp's version of the document. Follow these steps to make your own copy.
This new document is your own and it will appear in your google drive.
