During World War II, the 7th Battalion, Kings Own Scottish Borderers (KOSB) were assigned as Airlanding Troops or (Glidermen) who served with the 1st Airlanding Brigade, of the 1st Airborne Division and was actively involved at Arnhem in Operation Market-Garden in September of 1944.

The KOSB participates in World War II Reenactments and Living History presentations all over the Southeast. We strive to relive if only for a moment, the sights, sounds, and experiences those brave men of the Kings Own Scottish Borderers lived through during those dreadful years of 1939-1945.  For further information, please contact our unit adjutants through our Unit Adjutant section.
