[Goodwyn may be subsequently related to Elisha King by marriage of his daughter, Martha.  Elisha and his wife Judith are said to have had three children: John W. (b.11Sep1879), Joseph G. (b.9Apr1802), and Martha T. (b.30Mar1807).  The latter, Martha, is said to have married (in 1825) an Albert Thweatt Goodwyn (b.1800) and produced two children, George Whitney Goodwyn and John Peterson Goodwyn.]
