  ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY COURSE ORIENTATION


It is important that students and parents/guardians understand the Human Anatomy and Physiology program.  The orientation below will explain curriculum, expectations, and policies of the class.  It is imperative that each student and parent/guardian read, understand, and sign the orientation document.  The form can be completed online, which is directly below, or can be printed out, signed, and returned.  The students will be awarded points for completion in a timely manner.   

COURSE ORIENTATION







SAFETY CONTRACT

It is important that students/parents/guardians understand that safety is very important in the Human Anatomy and Physiology program.  A student will not be able to participate in laboratory activities without a signed contract.  It is imperative that each student and parent/guardian read, understand, and sign the lab safety document.  The students will be awarded points for completion in a timely manner.
