A Project of the City of New Haven Community Services Administration

This is a temporary web site to facilitate implementation planning for the Warren Kimbro Reentry Project of the City of New Haven.

The WKRP Task Force is composed of agencies that are participating in the initiative.

Task Force members and others can access project documents on the WKRP Project Resources Page.

The Warren Kimbro Reentry Project is a comprehensive reentry initiative coordinated by the City of New Haven and involving the creation of three Community Reintegration Centers (CRCs) to support and coordinate services and supports for individuals returning from prison, starting up to a year ahead of reentry.  The CRCs will be operated by Easter Seals Goodwill Industries, Inc.(ESGI); Project MORE, Inc.; and Community Action Agency for New Haven (CAANH).  These Centers will provide case management services and connect returning individuals to the services offered by the many partners who signed the Second Chance Act Memorandum of Understanding (listed on the right).

The initiative is using the WKRP Portal within the Veoci system to facilitate coordination of services and tracking of all data on services and outcomes.
