cup powdered sugar
cup granulated sugar
cup butter/ margarine, softened
- 1 cup
teaspoon vanilla extract
teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon cream of tarter
1/4 cups all purpose flour
Cream the butter and sugars
together in a stand mixer on medium speed until light, fluffy, and smooth.
Add the oil, eggs, and
vanilla and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, sift
all of the dry ingredients together.
Add the dry ingredients to
the butter-sugar mixture and mix by hand with a wooden spoon.
If the dough is too wet,
refrigerate dough until it is a little stiffer and will roll easily into balls.
Take about 1 tablespoon
worth of the dough and roll into a ball. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet
about 1 inch apart.

press glass into cookie dough bowl so the bottom of the glass is slightly
