Approved Deck Stain Colours

posted May 18, 2014, 11:06 PM by Killarney Glen Court Newsletter   [ updated May 18, 2014, 11:07 PM ]

If you would like to re-stain your deck ahead of schedule you can, provided you use the approved materials and colours!  This will not only give your deck a  face lift but it helps out the corporation as labour is a large portion of costs.

As the 300 block should be stained this year to complete their deck replacement this option is not open to residents in that block.

Warning: The floor board colour is different from the original colour so ensure you sand your floor boards prior to application!

Approved Colours:
  • Cloverdale SharkSkin EX110 - Copper
    • Applies to Floor Boards

  • Cloverdale SharkSkin EX083 - Standard White
    • Applies to Railing, Handrails and Fascias.
If you choose to re-stain your deck, please email Cindy to advise so we know which decks are being re-stained for future planning.
