White Water Park
 - Opening weekends starting in May. .

Six Flags Over GA  -  Hurricane Harbor. - 38,000-square-foot wave pool, Tsunami Surge, a dual-slide complex that drops riders down an enclosed five-story drop and whirls them around a 40-foot-wide bowl, followed by a zero-gravity plunge out the bottom. Another multi-slide complex, Bonzai Pipelines, challenges bold adventurers to soar through winding curves, dark tunnels, and swirling bowls. Paradise Island will be a children’s activity area of the water park, with an interactive water playground featuring miniature slides, drenching towers, and hundreds of interactive water. elements.   And still in place are Skull Island, Thunder River, Splash River Falls, and the Log Flumes.  


Cobb County Outdoor Pools
 - Cobb provides two outdoor pool that are open during the summer months.  These facilities are open to the public with nominal admission fees.  Season passes are available.  


Resident Fees
: Children Ages 2 - 17 :$3.50; Adults: $4.50. See website for details on season passes.
  •  Sewell Pool and splash pad - features a Swimming Pool with Shallow and Deep Water with a Diving Board and the Pool Area also has a Zero Depth Splash Pad. Located at 2085 Lower Roswell Road.  Pool will open on Saturday before Memorial Day

Seven Springs Water Park (Located in Wild Horse Creek Park)

**ADMISSION IS ONLY GOOD FOR ONE SESSION. WE WILL CLOSE THE PARK AT THE END OF THE FIRST SESSION AND RE-OPEN AT 4:15 PM FOR THE SECOND SESSION**

Acworth Beach at Cauble Park opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend.  There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach and the swimming area opens at sun up  and closes at sun down. Parking is free Monday through Friday. If you are not a  City of Acworth Resident then a weekend fee of $10.00 (cash only) will be charged  per vehicle during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No pets are allowed on the  beach areas. 


Allatoona Lake - US Army Corp of Engineers
 - While many people visit the area to fish or camp, Allatoona Lake also offers 14 Corps of Engineers Day Use Parks for public use. The parks offer a variety of recreation facilities including ball fields, fishing jetties, picnic tables, swimming beaches, horse-shoe pits, volleyball areas, and large picnic shelters. A Facility Use fee of $4 per vehicle is charged at day use areas that have beaches. A $3 boat launching fee is charged at day use areas with boat launching ramps. A Corps of Engineers Annual Day Use Pass may be purchased for $30. The following day use areas have swim areas: Sweetwater, Galt's Ferry, Old Highway 41 #1, Old Highway 41 #2. Kellogg Creek, Victoria Day Use.  Check here for status of day use areas.
