Welcome to Kid City Hope Place!

Current website

Kid City is a youth development and leadership program, where kids and young adults are inspired to be their best and supported to achieve their dreams. We offer leadership, culture and arts, college access, and college completion programs. Most participants are first generation college or college-bound students from very low income families living in South Central, Pico Union, and other neighborhoods in and around downtown Los Angeles. The program is offered at no or low cost after-school and during school breaks, but all kids and families, including many immigrant families, contribute through service and donations.

Kid City is a program of the Los Angeles United Methodist Urban Foundation and First United Methodist Church of Los Angeles. Donate -- here and now!
Want more info? Email us at info@kidcityhopeplace.org or just come by and visit us at 1021 S. Hope, between Olympic and 11th in downtown Los Angeles.

Friends: We do not always have time to put the latest news on our website! We will launch a new website later this year, but in the meantime, please visit Kid City's facebook page

Participants - ask Laura or Alma to add you to the closed FB group. Thanks for understanding!
