Pracsoft Medical Reception Software

This course covers the Appointment Book (appointment book setup, appointments, edit, view and print) and The Waiting Room (add a new patient, bulk billing, private billing, institutional billing, receipts and billing tips).  Suitable for anyone working in or planning to work in a medical office.

 

Office Skills Level 1 [Intel]

This course is a pre-accredited program designed to improve office skills and confidence on the computer.


Office Skills Level 2 [Intel]

This 10 week course is a pre-accredited program designed to build and improve your office skills and confidence.  This course covers using multimedia applications suited to an office environment and developing and publishing a web page.

Prerequisite - Completion of Office Skills Level 1 course, or good computer skills.

Bookkeeping [Intel - modules 1,4 & 7]

This course introduces the learner to the basic concepts of manual double entry bookkeeping.  It is an excellent pre-cursor to learning electronic bookkeeping such as MYOB.  Topics are general journal and special journals, accounts and rules for debits and credits.  Account classifications and trial balance.  Reference will be made to balance sheets and profit and loss reports.
