KeyPrize Foundation

Creating Hardware, Software, Designs, Pharmaceuticals, Educational Content, Media, Journalism, and Arts

Key Prize Foundation offers an innovative way for public funding to serve the public with transparency, measurability, and high effectiveness.

KPF operates competitions where the winners choose either cash awards or proprietary rights to their inventions. If they chose a cash award, the winning innovations will be placed in the public domain.

Our grant-making effectiveness will be measured by the revenues and profits of the new markets we create. The value of the refused cash awards
will help to measure the value of the startups we seek to create, and provide a quantitative measure of efficiency.

The Key Prize Foundation is a California not for profit corporation, a public charity exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
