Create a Picasa Web Album
Log into your account.
Type in www.google.com in the address bar.
Click on more Photos.
Click on Create Profile and get started with Picasa.
In the upper right corner click, Settings and Photo Settings.
Click on Want to add a Google Username.
Add your full avatar name here.
Like fuzzybunny1916
Click Change your URL
Select your avatar name.
Click Save Changes.
Check Allow me to upload photos by email.
Enter the secret word: upload
Click Save Changes
A web album called Dropbox will be created if an image is emailed to the address:
avatarname1916.upload@picasaweb.com
