Kermit King PTA has joined with Capri Sun and Terracycle to start a Drink Pouch Brigade to earn money for our school and help the environment at the same time! Here is what you can do to help: Start saving juice pouches that your children drink at home, and send them in on Box tops and Cereal day. We will collect them and earn $.02 per pouch for our school, as well as keep the pouches out of our landfills. These pouches are then recycled by Terracycle into school products like binders and pencil pouches and sold at major retailers. There will also be a recycling bin at school for students to throw their pouches in at lunchtime. Every little bit helps so please participate in this fundraiser!!
