In The Community

For 34 years, KEMS has cared for the community 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Thanks to volunteers, generous supporters like you, and help from our Town, KEMS has been able to sustain our operations.  Your continued support, as well as continued aid from the Town, is crucial to ensuring long term financial sustainability of KEMS critical community service.

Some facts about KEMS:

We remain an independent, non-profit organization that relies on donations to fund the ambulance operational expenses.

The KEMS ambulance is staffed by highly trained volunteers and paid paramedics.

Our state-of-the-art medical equipment stands ready to serve in any emergency.

With help from generous donors we have supplied the police force and area schools with Automatic Emergency Defibrillators & Oxygen, lifesaving equipment used when every second counts.  Our volunteer crew members continue to provide training on proper use.

Some of our volunteers are American Heart Association certified instructors and offer CPR training to our community.

Please support our efforts with a tax deductible donation.  Your donation will help KEMS meet the costs of state-of-the-art equipment, ongoing training and insurance, so that we can all have peace of mind.  We provide peace of mind so you can play hard, work hard and rest easy.
