Water Lines to be Replaced

The City of Houston has notified residents that all the water lines in the Kempwood neighborhood are to be replaced. This project starts immediately and will continue for over 1 year. Other nearby neighborhoods are included, as is a portion of Kempwood Drive east of Campbell.

You can download the city drawings related to Kempwood subdivision using the link below. Construction will be carried out on all of our streets (Lively, Crestdale, Crestdale Circle, Blankenship, Spring Valley, Rockhurst, and Springrock).

Be prepared for disruptions of traffic flow and water service with little notice. If you have any rarely-used vehicles at your property, please move them to other locations, as access to driveways may be cut off and workers or neighbors may need to park on your street temporarily.

The inconveniences will be rewarded with improved water and drainage, long-awaited upgrades to our neighborhood.
