Rennie's Bridge over the Tweed at Kelso

Kelso is a beautiful little market town situated at the meeting of the rivers Tweed and Teviot in the Scottish Borders, 44 miles south of Edinburgh.

As well as fishing, the town is also famous for its success in rugby union. Despite its small population (around 6000) the town has a racecourse, ice rink, swimming pool and golf course.

Floors Castle

With its cobbled streets and French style market square, walking around Kelso is like taking a trip through history. Popular tourist attractions are Floors Castle and the towns 12th century abbey.
