District Governor Martha Moyers presents Club President Rodney Miller with the Club's 2016 Blue Ribbon Award
 
One of the highest honors a club can receive is the blue ribbon award.  The requirements for the award are as follows:
 

Club must be at charter strength, at least 16 members.

Club must maintain 90% attendance at meetings.

Club must complete projects in each of the five reportable committees.

There must be no net loss in number of members during the calendar year.

The club must be represented at the District Convention.

All club officers must attend district or zone training.

All monthly reports must be submitted to Ruritan National on time.

Names of newly elected officers must be submitted to Ruritan National on time.

All annual Community Service Committee reports must be submitted on time to Ruritan National and District / Zone offices on time.

All dues must be submitted to Ruritan National on time.
