  • Thursdays:  Check-in 6:00p -6:30p, Workout 6:30p -7:30p
  • Saturdays:  Check-in 9:00a -9:30a, Workout 9:30p -10:30a

Sessions
  • Summer Session (June 2 through August 23)
  • Autumn Session (August 25 through November 15)
  • Winter Session (November 17 through February 14)

Fees
  • $25.00 one time registration fee
  • $10.00 for adults per class
  • $10.00 for athletes per class
  • $5.00 for siblings per class

  • Weekly Payment (3 classes) $30.00
  • Monthly Payment (12 classes) $102.00 – save 15%
  • Monthly Sibling Payment (12 classes) $51.00 – save 15%
  • Session Payment (36 classes) $270.00 – save 25%
  • Session Sibling Payment (36 classes) $135 – save 25%

Curriculum
  • Warm-Up
  • Maintaining fitness, general conditioning, core strengthening, arm/leg strengthening, running form, striding, relays, long jump, blocks and starts, strategies of the race, focusing, etc.
  • Warm-Down aka Cool-Down
