Keep Your F.O.R.M. (KYF) is a track based, physical fitness program offering instruction and training that is beneficial for young people of all ages and abilities. Running is the root of most sports. Your form is the most important part of running. Whether a distance runner or sprinter, basketball, baseball, football, soccer or volleyball player, the better the form – the less energy used – the stronger and more efficient the athlete!
Our goal at KYF, is to instill a life-long love of running and to build a program of excellence in training, team unity, character development and family support. We want all of our athletes to apply the practice of good form, not only in track or track related exercises, but in any form of exercise.
