solo exhibition @ the artist's house, tel aviv, 2005

An exhibition dealing with biographical and national father-figures: my father and my father's uncle - the founder of the state of Israel, Theodor Herzl.
A large-scale video screening showing my father, an ex-scientist of NASA and a devoted utopian, demonstrating a health exercise he has invented. For a better and healthier world.

On a smaller, free-standing screen a contemporary Herzl look-alike preeches his vision of a world riding on bicycles alone.

a hand-made record player plays a 60's health exercise record that is heard through a paper cone.

'What's up a man's nose?' – My body is the nose of a graffiti Theodor Herzl sprayed on a wall of a parking lot in Tel Aviv
