LaShalle Cross: I am originally from Milwuakee, WI, but now I live on campus at the University of Minnesota. I am a Pre-Journalism major, hoping to someday write for a well known magazine. I also hope to write an autobiography someday and be an author of a series of different self-help books. For now I am just working hard to get to my goals.

Katie McKeen: I am a freshman at the University of Minnesota.
I am originally from Woodbury Minnesota, but now I live on campus. I plan to
major in elementary education, and in the future I would like to teach at my
old elementary school.

Johnathan Ross:Hey, this is Johnathan Ross and I am a student at North High. I’m a sophomore here at North and I am in the CCEIT program. Due to being in a technical SLC I was put into radio broadcasting and ended up loving it. I am a very carefree guy and I love helping others out, In-fact my own mother has had to remind to be careful about how much I help others.

Erica Willerton: I am from a close suburb of the cities called Lino Lakes but now live on campus as a freshman at the University of Minnesota. I plan to major in Sports Studies and Broadcast Journalism, in the hopes of becoming a Sportscaster in the future.

Ella Fitzgerald

Sara Gieseke:  I am a freshman at the University of Minnesota. I
am a commuter from Bloomington at the University of Minnesota My major is
going to be Kinesiology.  After I finish my major I will go to graduate
school to become a pharmacist.  I will be in school for a total of six years.

Jana C. Hogenson: I graduated from Wayzata High School in June of 2006. I am now a freshman at the University of Minnesota (U of M) and I absolutely love it! The U of M is a perfect fit for me! I plan to major in sport studies and minor in business management or in kinesiology. I’ve lived in Minnesota my entire life, but I hope to study abroad during my time as an undergrad at the U of M. Besides volunteering at North High School, I also volunteer at Bancroft Elementary in Minneapolis through Big Brothers Big Sisters. I’m a person who is very motivated, loving, always trying to make people laugh or smile and I am a very hard worker. I honestly believe that if you work hard enough you can accomplish anything that you set your mind to and I mean anything! I try my hardest to live my life by the famous James Dean quote, “dream as if you’ll live forever, live as if you’ll die today”.

I tend to be a bit serious at times and unless I know you I am not going to be very open to acting wild. Also I have a good sense of humor and I hardly pay attention to any thing. That is a big understatement because I have a very good sense of what is going on around me. People can rarely get past me with things that they think are slick. Any way I value my friends and I wont stop until I have helped them to the full extent of my power.

Bouakou Lo: I am a freshman at the U of MN-TC.  I'm from Coon Rapids but I commute to school.  At this point, I am undecided of a career but I'm interested to go into the Health and Medical Field.
