I am a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Economics at  Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, a fellow at the Global Labor Organization (GLO), a Research Fellow funded by ADR UK (Administrative Data Research UK), an Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) investment (part of UK Research and Innovation). I am also a co-investigator of the GW4 Maternity Leave Network and a member of the ESRC Peer Review College.

I received my PhD in Economics from the IDEA Graduate Program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2014 under the supervision of Nezih Guner.
