The correspondance of eBay transaction # 6627521737

I am Katy, she is Toni.

The auction ended on Friday May 12. The show was Wednesday May 17.

This is a map of the Tube. I was in Russell Square, one of the most central locations you could possibly imagine. She wanted me to meet her in Elephant and Castle and then Victoria, both of which are as un-central as you can get and still be in Zone 1 or 2.

12:48pm on Friday, May 12:

won't be near a computer till tonite now,let me know where i can pick up the tickets please.i'll be near wimbledon all weekend and at peckham during the week if that helps?
regards
teokara

I was actually in an exam when the auction, ended, but this is what I responded to the paypal payment with:

Great. Thanks Toni.
Do you want to meet at the show or would you like me to post the ticket?
Thanks,
Katy

and then I replied again a few minutes later after seeing her e-mail outside of the paypal payment:

Hi Toni,

I replied too quickly!

I am going to be in Central London all weekend and all week. I'm usually around Russell
Square every day over the weekend and during the week (exam time).

Please let me know what you think.

Thanks,

I didn't hear anything from her all weekend, so on Monday I sent her this message:

Hi Toni,

I'll be at Russell Square from 2-5pm today.
Tomorrow I'll be there from 9am-1pm and probably for most of the rest of the day.
Please let me know what you'd like to do.

Thanks,
Katy

Then on Tuesday morning I sent her this:

 Hi Toni,
Tomorrow I'm taking exams for most of the day. Can we meet at the venue?
My mobile is 0770784777

Then on Thursday at 10:45pm, I get this:

hello,i'm asuming that u resold the tickets as i didn't get hold of them. i got locked out of my house and had to go stay with my mum in the country where there was no internet,i know that if i hadn't of heared from the person i would assume that something had come up and resold them, even if they'd of payed and refunded the money. i was surprised to see that you didn't try to get in touch with me from what i can see on ebay. well anyway, it odviously wasn't anyones fault, just unfortunate, i really wanted to see them.what did you do with the ticket?
teokara

To which I reply:

Sorry to hear about you getting locked out Toni. I actually didn't resell the ticket - I e-mailed you every day this week, including the concert day and didn't hear from you.

I went into the show at 8pm, even waiting outside for a great while hoping that you'd call, and I went inside and asked the front door to please remember me in case I had to go out and give you the ticket.

Again, sorry to hear that you weren't able to check e-mail since last Friday.

Thanks,
Katy

to which I get this:

i don't understand why y didn't just tell me in the first place that you were gonna be there at the gig it would have saved a lot of hassle, some of us do not live around russell square u know.we could of just met at the gig,i told you where i was gonna be and you were completely unwilling to comprimise, how dare you make assumptions about why i didn't email or how long it took, i didn't know this was gonna happen and it was only the last two days ,my mother doesn't have internet were she is . i couldn't email not since last friday, you cheeky cow!!!! i hope you don't do this for a living because your awfull at it! expect a very bad feedback for this.

to which I reply:

Hi Toni,

Please understand, I put "for pickup" in the shipping information. If you wanted to know where to pick up, you could have asked before you bid on the auction, right?

I am in Central London. I was in exams all week. I told you from the first time that I could mail them if you weren't able to pick them up, and you didn't respond. I told you on Tuesday "Hi Toni, Tomorrow I'm taking exams for most of the day. Can we meet at the venue? My mobile is 0770784777."

This is pretty standard for selling tickets on eBay, I promise you.

Please don't use insults, as it doesn't help the situation.

If you don't want to leave positive feedback, that's fine. Negative feedback is reserved for extreme circumstances, such as being sent an empty box. I know that you're pretty new to eBaying, so I'd caution you to either not leave feedback at all or leave neutral feedback.

Thank you,
Katy

i'm obviously upset that after contacting you and not being unpleasant AT ALL!! you could reply and be sooo rude!!! i can't stand arsyness and there seem to be a fare few of arsy ebay sellers aparently your one of them. you don't know what i went threw the last few days so don't try to pretend you do! i want the ticket, so if that means you have to send me an invoice for the postage than do it.I'll be waiting!

To which I replied:

Hey - I'll send you the ticket. It is sitting on my desk. Can you please send me an address?

Thanks,
Katy

And then I sent her this photo taken with my phone:

And then I got this e-mail:

i was not the one who started putting snide comments if you didn't notice and as you got my money anyway i find that very rude to react to me in such a cheeky manner, what have you lost out on. i am not satisfied because of your rudeness above all.

She did send me her address. But I asked her if the photo  was enough evidence.

I then looked at her eBay profile and saw that she had bought 4 other tickets to the show and had sold off 2 of them.

And now I just sent this to her:

 Hi Toni,
I'm going to bed. It was a long day.
Again, I apologize that you did not understand that in my first message that I could have met you at the venue, mailed the tickets, or done a pick up.
Please let me know if you'd still like me to mail you the unused ticket or if the photo from my cameraphone is enough evidence for you.
And I would again like to request that you not leave negative feedback. Looking at your eBay record, it appears that you do quite a bit of ticket selling and buying. A negative feedback would therefore affect you quite a bit more than it would affect me.
Let's just drop it and leave it be.
Thanks,
Katy

Then she sent me this:

The point is when someone has had an unfortunate event you don't rub it in there face and say it was all there fault and insult them. as i allready said you do not know what my circumstances were if i knew in the first place that you were gonna be at the event it would of probably changed everything!but hey. Anyway that's that! I do hope that you deal with things in a better manner wise in the future as i don't think there are many people who find a "cheeky" or "rude" attitude very attractive. That's all folks!!!

To which I replied:

Hi Toni,

Please check your e-mail again. I responded to your PayPal payment with "Great. Thanks Toni. Do you want to meet at the show or would you like me to post the ticket? Thanks, Katy" I apologize if I was unclear about anything.

I do not believe that I "rubbed it in your face" that you had some sort of problem this weekend. Rather I said twice that I was sorry that this event had happened to you.

As I said in my last e-mail, please let me know if you truly want me to mail this unused ticket to you or if my photo is enough evidence for you.

Thanks again,
Katy

Then I replied to a message that I got from her in response to the photo and address info:

No problem. Will try to send out tomorrow or Saturday.
