On January 22, my lab will be hosting famous ocean explorer Sylvia Earle, coral reef biologist Nancy Knowlton, and Amanda Leland, Director of Oceans at the Environmental Defense Fund. Together these women will present their perspectives on the fate and future of the oceans, raising awareness on campus and in the community about the potentially devastating effects of climate change. We are very excited! This event has been made possible through the Office of Sustainability at Wake Forest University.
