I am a senior lecturer (Swedish: lektor) of war studies at the the Swedish Defence University,  working at the Center for Wargaming. I am also an associate professor  (Swedish: docent) of economics at Lund University and a researcher at the Institute for Futures Studies in Stockholm.  

My research is focused on game theory; especially evolutionary game theory, learning, social norms, cooperation, and bounded rationality. 

I obtained my PhD from the Stockholm School of Economics, then spent two years at University College London, and three years at University of Oxford, before coming back to Sweden.

I am a Wallenberg Academy Fellow. My research is also funded by the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet) and Handelsbankens forskningsstiftelser.
