Ministries

Jesus Christ is at the center of our ministry.  Without that relationship, there is no authenticity, no genuineness, and no authority for ministry.  If you sense that your life is unfulfilled and you are interested in making a difference in the world, join us in volunteering your time, talents, and gifts in one or more of the ministries at KUMC.  Come grow with us!

The members of this group knit and crochet shawls which are then filled with the prayers of the members---prayers for both joyous and sad occasions.  Recipients of these shawls experience the peace and uplifting that comes from having a personal relationship with God.

Small-Group Ministry
This committee is responsive to the needs of the congregation regarding individual spiritual growth, individual and group mission outreach, nurturing of the elderly, Bible study, self-help groups, and life-study groups.
