9(1) Purport- India China Friendship

Fernandes’ Visit to China 2003

“China and India have enjoyed friendly cooperation and contacts since second century BC. So I think during the past 2200 years, about 99.9 per cent of the time we have devoted to friendly cooperation between our two countries. Our two big countries should always be friendly with each other from generation to generation," said Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, said on April 21, 03. The remaining 0.1 per cent time that the premier Wen did not refer to could be the 1962 India-China war as well as the disturbances after the 1998 nuclear tests by India. George Fernandes is the first Indian leader to meet China's new generation of Communist Party and government leaders. India and China on Monday decided to step up military-to-military exchanges, hold a counter-terrorism dialogue and increase confidence-building measures to maintain peace along the Line of Actual Control. The counter-terrorism talks will be held in Beijing next month, an official source said at the end of the first day of talks between visiting Defense Minister George Fernandes and the Chinese leadership. Fernandes, who is the first Indian defense minister to visit China in over a decade, had 'fruitful' meetings with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Defense Minister General Cao Gangchuan and Vice-Chairman of the Central Military Commission General Guo Boxiong.

The new Chinese leadership has just taken over the reins of the most populous nation in the world. Already many dark clouds are appearing in the sky of the Middle Empire. With the Iraq war nearing its end, what is going to happen during the next few months is anybody's guess. However, it is certain that the world will not be the same. The forces set in motion by the American operations will have far-reaching repercussions the world over. India and China will not be spared and the new Chinese bosses might have to take new directions on several matters. How President Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao, his new prime minister, will react to this report “Indo-US Military Relationship” in the fast moving post-war scenario will be interesting to watch. It is probably why there were recently some indications that Beijing was more inclined to start serious negotiations with India on the border issue and with the Dalai Lama's administration for an internal autonomy for Tibet. Moreover, the publication of the report inadvertently coincided with the preparation of George Fernandes' visit to Beijing. Defense Minister George Fernandez is the first Indian political leader to meet the new Chinese leadership.

The Military Potential of China's Commercial Technology

A recently published report of the RAND Corporation The Military Potential of China's Commercial Technology, investigates the fast improvement of Chinese military technology over the next 20 years. The report states: 'If China's economy continues to grow as expected over the next 20 years, by 2020 it will surpass that of the United States in terms of purchasing power. Such growth would in theory provide China with the economic base to field a military comparable to that of the United States. But in order to become a true military superpower, China would need to make major improvements in the technological capabilities of its defense industries.

“Indo-US Military Relationship: Expectations and Perceptions”

“Indo-US Military Relationship: Expectations and Perceptions,” 2003, a 130-page report prepared for Donald Rumsfeld, the US secretary of state for defense was recently partially leaked by Jane's Defense Review. When it reached Beijing, it must have left Hu Jintao and his colleagues pensive. It advised, the US and India should be forging a long-term defense and security alliance aimed at containing China. Both Asian nations are acknowledged as emerging global powers. China represents the most significant threat to both countries' security in the future as well as an economic and military competitor.' 'If China emerges as a major power, the USA needs to have friends -- preferably friends who share the same values…'A US admiral told the interviewer: 'The USA and India both view China as a strategic threat and share an interest in understanding Chinese strategic intent, though we do not discuss this publicly.' 'We [the US] want a friend in 2020 that will be capable of assisting the US militarily to deal with a Chinese threat.' Though the views of the US and Indian generals seem 'strikingly similar,' the threat is different for the two countries. The US sees China more as a rival for its economic supremacy, while India has a serious problem at its borders. For example, the report points out that China has resumed, after a two-decade gap, the supply of weapons to various insurgent groups fighting in northeastern India. This assumes a serious significance for India with its long border with Tibet. Both nations, India and USA, are under Chinese threat and should join hands, India being the 'hedge' against China's hegemony in Asia.

India Ignored Chinese Threats

India's national security planners ignored Beijing's plans for regional hegemony, despite having received warnings over the last five decades. The situation had worsened with China expanding military airfields in Tibet. Chinese were building a base on the Coco Islands near the Andamans and helping Pakistan with nuclear weaponry. Today, India faces the reality that it lives in a neighborhood where China supplies nuclear and missile technology to Pakistan, weapons to Bangladesh and is building a 12,000 ft runaway near Mandalay (Burma) and a deep-water port in Gwadar in Pakistan.' China's annexation of Tibet was not only an attack on Tibet but also on India. When Fernandez objected to the 'reluctance' to face the reality about China's intentions, a hue and cry was raised in India on the Indian minister's 'loose talk' and 'irresponsible statements.' During the following years, Fernandes refrained from commenting on China's affairs. But today it appears that his concerns are shared by the US, though perhaps for their own interests.

Tibet is Water Tank of Asia

Tibet is the key to India-China relations. Until the Chinese invaded Tibet in October 1950, Tibet was an independent nation. The few remnants of the Chinese mission had politely been asked to leave accompanied by a local fanfare in July 1949. More importantly for India and China, Tibet had for centuries been a buffer zone between the two Asian giant nations. With the disappearance of this buffer zone (the Dalai Lama today dreams of a zone of ahimsa), India and China began to face each other and share a common border. In spite of several rounds of talks, particularly in 1960, the so-called border row has not been solved and may not be solved for decades to come. Though maps have been exchanged for more than 40 years, it has resulted in little progress on the ground. As for India, though China is more of a security threat than an economic one, it does not automatically mean that it should play the role of the 'hedge' envisaged by Washington. Delhi should access on her own the security threats such as the consequences of a rail line to Lhasa, the ecological dangers due to environmental damages caused by the Chinese occupation of Tibet (mainly on the Sutlej and the Brahmaputra) or even the Chinese presence in the Malacca Straits and take the necessary measures. As for the environment, it is worrying not only for the Dalai Lama, but also for Indian experts who know that Tibet is the water tank of Asia, with all the main rivers, such the Indus, Brahmaputra, Mekong, Salween, Yangtze and others having their source on the Tibetan plateau. Any change in the ecological balance in Tibet has severe and immediate repercussions in all parts of Asia, particularly in India. In this complicated situation, with different conflicting centers of interest, the first visit to Beijing of an Indian official after the recent change of guard will be worth watching. Once the Iraq operations are over, Washington is bound to look east and tackle some of the pending problems. Today China still lays claim to Arunchal Pradesh and Sikkim as well as the eastern part of Ladakh called Aksai Chin. There crosses the most strategic road of the People's Republic: the Tibet-Xinjiang highway linking the two provinces. While China could be more amenable on the central and eastern sectors of the border, Beijing will not concede anything on the Aksai Chin, as too many defense as well as development aspects depend on this axis. In fact, since Fernandes' famous speech, this road link has taken a renewed importance due to the railway track that will soon reach the Tibetan capital. With trains reaching Kashgar and Lhasa, the highway will complete the loop linking China's Western provinces, with all the consequences for Central Asia. It is certainly here that the concerns of the US and India meet. But for India, Tibet is the key to the stability in the region. On April 7, 2003 during a press conference in Delhi, the Dalai Lama reiterated his demand for 'genuine' autonomy within China. Dalai Lama said he hoped the culture and spirituality of Tibet and its traditions could be preserved. It is our only interest to seek autonomy within the constitution of China. 'After the first round of negotiations last September during which 'the atmosphere was quite warm and quite positive,' the Dalai Lama's representatives are scheduled to go to Beijing in May for a second round of talks. For the Dalai Lama: 'If the Tibetans get the right to preserve their architecture and environment, then as far as economic development is concerned we might get greater benefit by remaining within China.' It is not the Chinese economy, which bothers India too much (though the problems of the IT engineers in Malaysia might be a fallout of the growing Chinese quest for hegemony in the area), but more the happenings in Tibet.

India Supports Falun Gong

Hindu India opposed Communist suppression of Falun Gong. Christian world supports Communist suppression of Buddhism, Falun Gong, hoping it would expedite the Christianizing of China. India should militarily support Buddhist political and religious movements in China. President Reagan aligned with Pope to use Catholic Church organization in Poland to bring about the downfall of communism in Poland. Similarly, India could bring about the downfall of Communist regime in China by providing military, material and political support to Falun Gong and other Buddhist religious organizations in China. India should overthrow Communist government in China. India should help install Buddhist government in China.

CHINESE BUDDHISM IN THE CLASH OF CIVILIZATIONS: Hindu India and Buddhist China would be great allies in the Age of Civilization’s wars. Communist China, the United States, and the Vatican have entered into conspiracy to undermine Buddhism in China. Protestant United States has an interest in promoting a Christian Chinese government in the post-communism era. Ruling Communist elite and Christian missionaries consider Buddhism to be a common enemy. Hindu India should play the Buddhist card in China and promote Buddhism in China. Christian government of China would not be in the civilization’s interest of Hindus. Christian Sun Yatsen and Christian Chiang Kai sheik ruled China from 1911 to 1948, even when Christians accounted for around 1 percent of Chinese populations. Christian bureaucrats shifted their loyalties to the Communist regime after 1948. It is rumored that Communists and Christian bureaucrats conspired to kill over 60 million Chinese Buddhists, by starving them to death. It was not unlike the murder of the 400,000 Buddhists in Cambodia by Christian Khmer Rouge soldiers.

CHINA WOULD BE A BUDDHIST POWER: The balance of power among World Religions would depend upon Chinese people. Would post-Communist China go the Buddhist or Christian way? The Civilization war of the twenty-first century would be determined whether Buddhists or Christians would provide leadership in the post Communism China. There is no doubt that in the next century China would be a Buddhist nation. Christianity was imposed on China by European powers. The Boxer Rebellion was anti-European and anti-Christianity, and was crushed by European military forces. European powers had implanted Christian Sun Yatsen and Christian Chiang Kai sheik on Buddhist-Taoist China, where Christians accounted for around one (1) percent of China’s population.

CHRISTIAN-COMMUNISM ALLIANCE: The Communist Party of China has identified common grounds with Christian missionaries, as both consider Buddhism and Taoism as their principal enemy. Communist and Christian propaganda join hands in denigrating Buddhism as superstitions, bourgeois, and animist pagan culture. The return of Hong Kong to China has strengthened the Buddhist forces in China.

9(ii) Buddhist Falun Gong

Rise of Buddhist Law:

DECLINE OF CHINESE COMMUNISM: That the Communist Party is losing touch with the Chinese masses is an open worry to the party leaders in China. Chinese Communism can no longer govern an increasingly capitalist economy, demanding consumer society, and diverse religious cultures. Communist China to the great delight of Christian missionaries has banned numerous Buddhist-Taoist organizations and confiscated their properties and temples. Traditional arts like Qigong were suppressed as superstition in the 1960’s and 1970’s, but in the more open climate that followed they have revived in China. The Chinese Governments limited oversight is wielded through the Martial Arts department of the Sports Commission. During 1998, that department began evaluating, Qigong sects for legal approval. China condemns Buddhist temples and Buddhist religious organizations as heretical cults, the new offshoot religious organizations, with charismatic beliefs and broad-ranging mystical beliefs. Buddhist Law was accepted into the semi-official China Qigong Sciences Association in 1993, but expelled in 1996.

RISE OF BUDDHIST LAW FALUN GONG: The term Buddhist Law, or Buddhist Law Wheel, Falun Gong, is the translation of the Buddhist Holy Scripture Dhamma Pada. Li Hongzhi first preached Buddhist Law, or Falun Gong, in 1992 by Li Hongzhi, who was already a master of the ancient art of QiGong (pronounced che-goong), in which breathing and meditation are used to channel vital forces. Li Hongzhi, now 48, combined concepts from Qigong, Buddhism and Taoism with his own mystical theories. The word Falun means Law Wheel, a high-energy rotating body said to be in a practitioner’s abdomen that harnesses cosmic forces and expels bad elements. Qigong is a broad category of traditional Chinese teaching that says that human energy can be channeled to improve physical and mental health, to heal illness and when mastered, to achieve supernatural powers. There are more than 100 million followers of Falun Gong, and Qigong in China. Buddhist Law followers present potential though amorphous, threats to Chinese Communist Party’s control.

FALUN GONG PROTESTS AT ZHONGNANHAI: It was the biggest protest in China since the democracy movement in Tiananman Square in 1989. On Saturday, April 24, 1999, more than 10,000 followers of a religious cult, Buddhist Law, surrounded Zhongnanhai compound, the compound in central Beijing where Chinas leaders live and work. Dressed in simple clothing, followers converged from many provinces of China, sitting on worn squares of cotton padding in long rows that stretched for nearly two miles along two sides of Zhongnanhai. Displaying remarkably good organization and discipline, the demonstrators stayed motionless, calm, and seated on the sidewalk while organizers communicated by mobile telephones. Many protesters apparently tried to use meditation to persuade leaders to see them in a more favorable light. Coming as a complete surprise to the authorities, the protest drew followers from all over China. Eerily silent and devoid of banners or slogans, the protesters seemed to materialize out of nowhere, suddenly appearing in large numbers at the seat of Chinese power in the middle of the morning and remaining immovable all day along. Buddhist Law has shown a remarkable ability to muster its believers.

MASS BASE OF BUDDHIST LAW: The religious organization Buddhist Law represents the power of Buddhism and it has more than 100 million members in a country of 1.2 billion. Around 60 percent of China around 720 million, is Buddhist by birth. Buddhist Law-Falun Gong, led by Li Hongzhi is the largest Buddhist religious organization in China, among hundreds of religious cults that have flourished in China as socialism evaporates as an ideology. Though it is not political and insists that it is not a religion, Buddhist Law (FalunGong) has pushed the edge of what is allowed.

FALUNGONG THREATENS COMMUNIST PARTY: The communist rulers have tried to avoid provoking the Buddhist Law organization, a spiritual movement, whose members are seen as decent citizens. But the communist leadership cannot but be scared to see the emergence of a social-religious wild card, having membership far more that of the Communist party, in the age where capitalist economy has undermined communist-socialist principles. The official Press broke its three-day silence on the demonstration calling the demonstration completely wrong and warned that actions endangering social stability under the pretext of practicing qigong might be punished according to law.

BUDDHIST GOVERNMENT OF CHINA: Li Hongzhi, the leader of the spiritual movement, Buddhist Law-FalunGong, leads more than 100 million followers in China. Buddhist Law is remarkably a good organization, with disciplined leadership, the cadre and more than 100 million devoted members. Li Hongzhi should be supported by Buddhist nations and India to provide Buddhist government in the Post-Communist China. Chinas 720 million Buddhists are looking forward for a charismatic Buddhist leader, to lead Buddhist Civilization in the coming War of Civilizations in the twenty-first century.

LI HONGZHI FUTURE PRESIDENT OF CHINA: Buddhist Li Honghzhi has emerged as the font runner for to head the post-Communist government of China. Buddhism is very powerful in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The return of Hong Kong to China has rejuvenated the Buddhism in China. Taiwan will insert the freedom of Buddhism as an issue in China-Taiwan relations. From his self-imposed exile in New York, Mr. Li is embroiled in one of China’s sharpest social rifts in years. Atheist Communist government is failing in its attempts to stamp out the movement that has been wildly popular among retirees, middle-age women, mainly in urban areas around the country. Chinese Government has described Buddhist Law-Falun Gong as an illegal political and social force. It described Li Hongzhi as an evil figure who by deceiving has been seriously disrupting social order. Mr. Li Hongzhi is youthful looking 48 years old person. He is the charismatic leader of the new spiritual movement that has spread quickly in China, putting the most populous country on a near crisis footing.

INTERNET BASED RELIGIOUS NETWORK: Falun Gong has no formal organization, so it would be very difficult for the Chinese government to crush it. Li Hongzhi relies heavily on the Internet to communicate messages to his followers.

NATIONWIDE DEMONSTRATIONS: Protests erupted in Beijing and other Chinese cities as thousands of followers of the Buddhist Law movement vented their anger against a Government crackdown that began three days ago. Falun Gong members took their grievances to the doorstep of the Communist Party. Crowds ranging from a few dozens to several thousand demonstrated on July 21, 1999 in 30 cities across China, including Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Wuhan. The demonstrators came to rallies despite a blanket of silence about the detentions in the official Chinese media.

COMMUNISTS ARE SCARED: Falun Gong with its mixture of martial arts and mysticism bears enough resemblance to popular movements that wrecked havoc in the final decade of the last imperial dynasty. It has made the Communist authorities apprehensive. As China enters a period of fresh social and economic upheaval, with faltering state enterprises laying of millions of workers and rural incomes stalling, Buddhist organizations will pose a real threat to the continued rule of the Atheist communist party, especially when China is embracing Hong Kong’s capitalism. Last month a senior Chinese official warned its members not to promote superstition or destroy social order. Communists condemn Buddhism and Taoism as superstition. Communists are scared. The Army said that it would begin a campaign within its ranks to struggle against idealism, feudal superstitions, and pseudoscientific ideas.

BUDDHISM IS CONDEMNED AS FEUDAL SUPERSTITION: One of the reasons the Government is so scared of Falun Gong is that its members blend seamlessly into ordinary society. Unlike the flag-waving, slogan-shouting students of 1989, Falun Gong followers tend to be middle-aged people, a large percentage female, and many retired, who make the most unlikely of rebels. Party ideologue denounced the spread of feudal superstition in Chinese society. Such denunciation will not persuade Chinese Buddhists to abandon their allegiance to Falun Gong. They will definitely continue practicing Falun Gong. They believe that Teacher Li is the truth.

ORGANIZATION OF FALUN GONG: Chinese authorities this week called Falun Gong highly organized, with 39 teaching centers, more than 1,900 instruction centers, and more than 28,000 designated exercise spots around the country. So many Chinese have become involved, including many Communist Party members that the growth has made the authorities nervous.

BAN ON BUDDHISM: History will regret the ban on Buddhist Falun Gong religion. In the brazen act of civil disobedience thousands of members of the banned Falun Gong spiritual movement have descended on Beijing hoping to press the government to reverse its condemnation. China called the sect 'Evil Sect' on July 22. Govt. agrees Falun Gong has 2 million members. India should seriously consider supporting the Falun Gong revolution in China to overthrow the evil communist regime in China.

9(iv) China's Buddhist Govt.

MAO TSE TUNG & KISSINGER DISCUSSES BUDDHISM: Mao said that Hegel, in History of Philosophy, mentioned Confucius but showed him great disrespect. Hegel showed more respect for Lao-tze. But Hegel showed the greatest respect for the philosophy of Indian Buddhism. Hegel was not saying in the correct way about Indian Buddhism. Showing great respect for the philosophy of Buddhism is not only true for Hegel. Indian philosophy is just a bunch of empty words. Henry Kissinger replied that he doesn’t quite agree with Hegel, when he praised the philosophy of Indian Buddhism. There is a sentimental love affair between Western intellectuals and India based on a complete misreading of the Indian philosophy of life. Indian philosophy was never meant to have a practical application.

CHINA IS A PAPER DRAGON: India should adopt the Reagan Doctrine to disintegrate Communist China. The CIA has consistently exaggerated strengths of China and overlooked weaknesses of China. China may be just a Paper Dragon. China has expanded by profitless exports, just to attract foreign capital and its economy may be undergoing a meltdown.

BUDDHISM WOULD COMPETE WITH COMMUNISM: Buddhism has deeper roots in China than Communism ever had. India should reassert its moral leadership of Buddhism and promote Buddhist literature and train millions of Buddhist monks. India should promote the power of the teachings of the Buddha to overthrow the evil communist regime of China. India should develop a network of Buddhist, Taoist Monks to overthrow Communism in China. India should also align with the growing Capitalist Chinese.

SOUTH CHINA COULD SECEDE FROM CHINA: India should help widen the rift in Northern China dominated by Peking Mandarin regime and the Southern China dominated by Cantonese business elite. The return of Capitalist Hong Kong has heightened the growing North‑South split in China. India should encourage the secession of Southern China from Peking/Beijing. Chinese Communist Party is as rotten as Indian Congress Party. India should cast its lot with Buddhist Democratic Capitalist China. India should go after the big kill, the overthrow of the evil communist regime of China.

INDIA SHOULD INCITE BUDDHIST REVOLUTION: Chinese people have as much right to have Buddhist Government, as Indians have for Hindu Government. The rise of Hindu political movement led Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) succeeded in capturing power in India after of 50 years of socialistic misrule in India, has brightened the chances of a Buddhist Government in China. Hindu nationalist government in India would ignite a Buddhist revolution in China. Chinese Mahayana Buddhism is 90% similar to Hinduism. Chinese worship a Hindu Goddess Kali, in the form of KuanYin. Taoism believes that the Supreme Reality Tao is female and it is similar to Brahman. Hindu India should promote Buddhist Government in China so that Buddhist China may one day enter economic and military alliance with Hindu India. India should boldly lead Buddhism in China, to unite Hinduism and Buddhism into a Single Religion, representing half the world population.

CHINESE BUDDHISTS ACCEPT INDIAN LEADERSHIP: Buddhism would overthrow Communism in China. Indian should diplomatically use Indian Buddhist heritage to lead Buddhism in China and to galvanize Chinese Buddhists to create new China, pro‑India China. Chinese people would be willing to accept Indian leadership of Buddhism to revitalize Buddhism and Taoism in China.

India Leads Buddhism

INDIA IS THE LEADER OF BUDDHISM: India is destined to lead Buddhism and Hinduism as both religions have taken birth in India. India is the birthplace of Buddha and Buddhism. India should play the leading role in the Buddhist world including China. India should play a religious role in Buddhism similar to the role Vatican play in Christianity, Iran play in Shiite Islam, Saudi Arabia play in the Sunni Islam and Israel play in Judaism. India as a leader of Buddhism would have support that is more popular in China, than China ever had in India as a leader of Maoism and Communism. Buddha’s Dhammapada would influence China, more than the Red book’s influence in India.

SANSKRIT INFLUENCED CHINESE VOCABULARY: India gave Buddhism to China and modernized Mandarin pictograms to introduce elements of Sanskrit Grammar. We could trace around 20% Mandarin Vocabulary to Sanskrit origin. Chinese Culture is very similar to Hindu Culture.

MAHAYANA & TAOISM SIMILAR TO HINDUISM: Mahayana Buddhism of China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, like Hinduism, believes in Soul, Rebirth, and Worship Deities of Gods. Mahayana Buddhism developed as a Hindu reaction to the challenge of Hinayana Buddhism. Mahayana Buddhism is 90% similar to Hinduism, while Hinayana Buddhism is 75% similar to Hinduism. Chinese Mahayana Buddhists worship Durga as many armed KuanYin, the most popular Goddess of China. Chinese Taoists worship the Almighty in a female form, as Devi. Impersonal “Tao” in Taoism is similar to an Upanishadic Brahman. They worship Tao as a Personality in female form not in the male form and are similar to Mahakali. Taoism is similar to pre‑Aryan pre‑Vedic Goddess worshiping Hinduism. Hinayana Buddhism of Burma, Thailand, Sri Lanka substantially differs from Hinduism as Hinayana was a reaction to Hindu rituals and does not believe in the worship of Gods in deity form.

ANTI BUDDHIST ALLIANCE OF COMMUNISM & CATHOLICS: Communist China has aligned with Catholic Christianity to destroy Buddhism in China? Communists consider Buddhism as its enemy number One. The Vatican promotes China among Western Nations, because the Communist regimes help missionaries to preach in China. The national interests of Chinese Communism and the Christian West coincide, uniting them in denigrating Buddhism in China. An atheist Communist would more easily convert to Christianity than a devout Buddhist.

USA SHOULD SUPPORT BUDDHIST LEADER OF CHINA: The United States supported Christian General Chiang Kai sheik but never harnessed the power of Buddhist Monks to challenge Maoists. Had United States picked up a Buddhist successor to challenge then perhaps history of China would have been different? The United States backed Christian leadership of South Vietnam even when Christians were only 15% of the Vietnamese population. United States should have picked a Buddhist leader to head the South Vietnam after the President Diem, and then South Vietnam would have remained a Buddhist country today.

India’s Buddhist Card to Form a Buddhist Govt. in China:

DALAI LAMA AS CEREMONIAL PRESIDENT OF CHINA: India should boldly play the Buddhist Card in China. The Mongol Empire was a Buddhist Empire. During the Mongol occupation of China, Tibet’s Dalai Lama was the spiritual leader of the entire Mongol Empire extending from South China Seas to Danube River in Germany. India should promote Dalai Lama as the spiritual leader of the Chinese Buddhism. Tibetan Lama Religion is a form of Mahayana but slightly differs from Chinese Mahayana. Dalai Lama might become the ceremonial President of Buddhist Government of China. Dalai Lama was the spiritual master of the Mongol Empire.

WORLD COUNCIL OF BUDDHISM: India should organize “World Council of Mahayana Buddhism” and elect a Buddhist Pope. India can fundamentally restructure the Chinese society by organizing Buddhism. India would get unprecedented glory in the world by boldly playing the Buddhist card. India has nothing to lose.

HINDU INDIA SHOULD BOLDLY PROMOTE BUDDHISM: The Nationalist Hindu Government of India should boldly use Buddhism as an instrument of India’s Foreign Policy. The propagation of Christian values, way of life and culture is a very important component of the foreign policy of the United States-NATO states. Hindu India should not, hesitate to use Buddhism as a diplomatic weapon to promote Indian national interests in China and Southeast Asia.

OVERTHROWING CHINESE COMMUNISM: Nuclear India should go after the Big Kill and the overthrow of the Communist Government in China. Indian Policy should aim for the establishment of a new Buddhist Government of China. India as an upholder of Buddhism and Democracy would undermine the moral basis of Communist Government of China.

IMPLEMENTING REAGAN DOCTRINE AGAINST CHINA: India should organize all major Religions of China to overthrow the atheist Communism in China. India should learn from President Reagan the art of escalating the USA‑USSR War of Words leading to the break up the Evil Communist Empire. The Soviet Union split and Eastern Europe became free by peaceful means. India should focus its attack on China with a single goal of establishing a Buddhist Government in China in next decade. President Reagan aligned with Catholic Church to defeat Communism in Poland; similarly, India should align with the Buddhist and Taoist religious leaders in China to overthrow Communism in China. India should promote all three main religions of China, Mahayana Buddhism, Confucianism, and Taoism. India should promote Islam in Xinjian and Buddhism in Tibet to unite the forces of Universal Religion against Atheist Communism, just as Catholic forces overthrew Communism in Poland. Catholic Papacy cooperated with Greek Orthodox Church of Russia to overthrow Communism in Russia. Similarly, India should promote all Universal Religions, Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism in China to make a joint front against atheist Evil Communism in China.

ENCOURAGE SECESSION OF MUSLIM XINJIAN: Reagan encouraged the secession of the former Muslim Soviet Republics. Similarly, India should encourage the secession of the Muslim Xinjian‑Sinkiang republic from China. India should recognize Tibet as an Independent country. India should support dissident Chinese leaders and grant political asylum in India.

PROMOTE ANTI CHINESE MOVEMENTS IN ASEAN: Reagan sowed the seeds of dissension in the Eastern Europe against the Soviet hegemony. Similarly, India should explain to Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the threat of Chinese expansion in South East Asia. Reagan encouraged the expulsion of Russians from the ex‑Soviet republics, even when they had lived for centuries. Similarly, India should encourage Indonesians and Malaysians to expel ethnic Chinese. Once Buddhists acquire power in China, then India should support ethnic Chinese to become the President of Indonesia and the Prime Minister of Malaysia.

CORRUPT CHINESE COMMUNISTS: Chinese Communist leadership is very corrupt and rotten to the core. Wealth is not widely distributed among the Chinese population. Most of the wealth generated by the foreign joint ventures in China has been siphoned away by the Communists Party leaders. These relatives of Communist Rulers have siphoned away much of the wealth of China.

SECESSION OF SINKIANG & TIBET: India should promote secessionist forces in Tibet, South China, and Sinkiang. It would weaken China from within. India should promote Buddhist forces in China to plan an overthrow of Communism in China. China is very likely to have Buddhist Government in future.

PROMOTE BUDDHISM IN CHINA: For a nuclear India Buddhism is a legitimate instrument of Indian Foreign Policy. India should promote Buddhism in China to overthrow the Chinese Communist Regime and to install Buddhist Government in China. India should exercise the political weapon of Religion, Buddhism, and Taoism to modernize Chinese Culture.

ASYLUM FOR CHINESE DISSIDENTS: India should provide communication facilities to Chinese dissidents, to broadcast their policies via Radio, Television and Internet and news print media. India should promote the Universal Adult Franchise, Multi‑Party free and fair Elections, and democratically elected Government of China. China has been creating chaos in India by Communist controlled Trade Unions. A pro‑china Communist Party Marxist currently rules the Indian State of West Bengal. India should demand that Chinese people be allowed to form a pro‑India Political Party in China. If China were a strong nation as it pretends to be, then it should allow the formation of a pro‑India Political Party in China. India should not hesitate to use the political weapon of Democracy, Freedom, and Religion to overthrow the Atheist Communist regime of China. With God on India's side, the Evil Empire of China would crumble. India should help China become a democratic system to enter the 21st Century as the Democratic Capitalist Buddhist China.

RUSSIA BANNED COMMUNIST PARTY: Reagan Doctrine promoted Freedom, Democracy, and Capitalism in the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union disintegrated and the democratically elected Government of Russia banned the Communist Party and seized its assets. Now Russia is a Capitalist Democracy with Religious freedom. Similarly under India's leadership, Buddhists could capture power in China and Communist system would disintegrate.

WOULD BUDDHIST CHINA BAN COMMUNIST PARTY? One day the democratically elected Buddhist Capitalist Government of China could ban the Chinese Communist Party and seize its assets. The democratic Russia had banned the Russian Communist Party. China has done its worst against India; it cannot do any worse now nuclear India should retaliate against Communist China. India's policy toward China should aim at fundamental changes in China for the betterment of the Chinese people. Nuclear India should lead an international coalition to bring down Communism in China. It would be a fitting geopolitical reply to China‑Pakistan‑USA conspiracy to encircle and dismember India. India should formulate a policy of Tit‑for‑Tat for China and Pakistan. Both Indian and Chinese people would be winners whenever Evil Communist Empire of China collapses.

DEMAND INDIA‑CHINA PARITY: Pakistan’s Foreign Policy is based around the core principle of containment of India. Pakistan in 1998 has been able to present Pakistan, as a rival to India’s at a world forum even while India badly defeated it in 1971. Similarly India should forget the 1962 defeat and meet the challenge of China.

RELIGION IS AN INSTRUMENT OF POLICY: Nuclear Hindu India should develop clear Policy guidelines toward the emerging Clash of Civilizations, emerging Conflict of Religions, and Conflict among Buddhist, Islamic, Christian and Hindu Civilizations. India should learn to use Religion as an instrument of policy. India could emerge as the leader of Buddhism and Hinduism. Indian Foreign Policy should propagate Indian Culture and Buddhism.

CHRISTIAN CHINA ENDANGERS INDIA: The United States China strategic alliance could represent a long‑term shift in United States foreign policy. The United States and communist China are conspiring to promote Christianity in China, to project Chinese Christian leaders in post‑Communist China. The United States supported Christian Chiang Kai sheik as the President of China. India should oppose any Christian President of China in the post‑Communist era. The anti‑Buddhist atheist China sought the support of the Christian nations by offering to denigrate Buddhism in China, to promote conversion of Buddhists to Christianity.

CHINESE ANTI BUDDHISM ENDANGERS INDIA: Indian should destabilize China by promoting Buddhism, to install Buddhist Government in China. Atheist China conspired with the Christian World for an anti‑Buddhist crusade. The anti‑Buddhist policy of atheist China poses a threat to Hinduism in India. The United States and China are conspiring to promote a non‑Hindu Government in India.

INDIA SHOULD PROMOTE BUDDHISM? The propagation of Religion and Culture has become a normal practice among Nations. India should promote Buddhism as an instrument of Indian Foreign Policy. Iran claims the leadership of Shiite Muslims. Saudi Arabia claims the leadership of Sunni Muslims. The Vatican claims the leadership of Catholic Christians worldwide. Similarly, India should exercise its right to be the leader of the Buddhist World. Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) led Nationalist Hindu Government of India should not hesitate to use Buddhism as an instrument of Indian Foreign Policy. It could be India’s good luck that BJP Government leads India, at a crucial juncture in the history, when Chinese Buddhism needs India’s renewed leadership. India should propagate Buddhism to enhance its influence over the Buddhist World.

CHINA IS LEADER OF BUDDHISM: Formation of a Buddhist nationalist Government of China would be the most important religious event of the 21st Century. India should propagate Chinese Mahayana Buddhism to replace Hinayana Buddhism of Burma, Thailand, and Sri Lanka. Chinese Mahayana Buddhism is 90% Hinduism. Chinese Taoism is 85% Hinduism. Hindu India would align with Buddhist China to revitalize ancient Religions and ancient Civilizations of the world. Destiny of China lies in Buddhism not in Christianity. The followers of Hinduism, Buddhism, Shintoism and Taoism account for over half the world’s population. It is in India’s national interest to promote Buddhism and Taoism in China.

REVIVAL OF BUDDHISM IN CHINA AND KOREA: Buddhists account for 25 percent of world population. Hindus represent 15 percent of world population. Muslims represent 20 percent of world population. Christians account for 25 percent of world population. Pagan Tribal Animists represent 5 percent of world population. The formation of a Buddhist government in China after a gap of 40 years of Christian rule and 50 years of Communist would fundamentally change the balance of power of world religions and avert the Age of Civilization’s wars. There would not be any civilization’s wars in a world where Buddhist and Hindu civilizations account for 40% of the world. The civilization’s alliance of Hindu and Buddhist civilizations would guarantee the world free from civilization’s wars.

Armed Buddhist Revolution

ARMED REVOLUTION IN CHINA: Muslims have organized Islamic fundamentalists into violent military terrorist organizations. India should train 50,000 Tibetan refugees to conduct mountain warfare in Tibet, and Qinghai Provinces. India should also train Sinkiang Muslims into desert warfare. India should train Buddhist volunteers from Yunnan. India should select and train into guerrilla warfare the Chinese members of Falun Gong. India should convince Chinese Buddhists that they should resort to weapons to overthrow the illegitimate Communist regime in China. Destabilization of China would expedite the secession of Tibet, Qinghai and Xinjiang. Buddhist revolution would result in the secession of Yunnan.

Clash of Buddhism

Hindu India and Buddhist China would be closest civilization’s allies. Christian Colonial powers used Judeo-Communism to destroy Buddhism in China and to murder 60 million Buddhists in China. India and China should join forces to expel Catholics from Asia and to organize Asian invasions of Australia. China would emerge as the Buddhist super power. India and China would launch Organization of Buddhist States (OBS). The OBS shall be the international organization of Buddhist nations, namely, Japan, South and North Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, India, Burma, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Mongolia and India. India shall militarily support the Buddhist revolutionary movements in China to overthrow evil Communist regime in China.

9(v) End of Communism

CHRISTIAN MASSACRE OF BUDDHISTS: Frontiers of Christianity are clashing with Buddhism in Asia. In South Korea before the permanent American military bases were established, Christians were no more than 1 percent of the Korean population. By 1980's, Christians accounted for more than 50 percent of the population, including more than 50 percent of Military officers. American military bases promoted prostitution, and the rotating GI's significantly contributed towards the Christianizing of poor Buddhist girls. American propagates Christianity by promoting prostitution around military bases, and prostitution and marriages Christianized Philippines, Vietnam, and South Korea. The threat of prostitution, and Christianizing via prostitution, illicit children and marriages scares Saudi Arabian and Kuwait government. United States fought in the Vietnam War to promote Christian interests. Christian President Diem committed Crimes against Humanity, ransacked Buddhist temples, and forbade Buddhist Monks to celebrate 5,000-year anniversary of the Birth of Gautam Buddha. The force relocation of Buddhists into special villages, and redistribution of Buddhist lands to Christian refugees from North Vietnam, was later copied by Cannibal Pol Pot who murdered 2,000,000 Cambodian Monks and Buddhists. United States escalated the war in Cambodia and Laos even when it had lost the Vietnam War, was a part of the iconoclast Zionist policy to massacre the Hindu-Buddhist Cambodians and Laotians in an attempt to christianize them. It is no accident that Pol Pot did not murder any Cambodian Christian. Many of Khmer Rouge executioners were Christians or became Christians later. Pol Pots' war crimes and massacre of Cambodian Monks and Buddhists reminded Hindus and Buddhists of the massacre of goddess worshipping cities of Jordan committed by followers of Prophet Joshua. It is no wonder that no leader in Western Christendom demands that Pol Pot and Khmer Rouge be tried for war crimes.

ICONOCLAST GENOCIDAL COMMUNISM: Karl Marx was an Elder of Zion, he conspired to massacre Russian Aristocracy, and confiscate their properties to enrich Russian Jews, who spear headed the Bolshevik revolution in Russia. The secret agenda of Karl Marx was to encourage the massacre of non-Judeo religions. Joseph Stalin, Mao Zedong and Pol Pot caused the deaths of over 92 million religious believers even when they posed no political threat. Karl Marx did not produce an economic philosophy; he produced a concoction to devise a secular doctrine to justify the massacre of non-Judaic believers and to confiscate their properties. Neither Karl Marx nor any other Marxist thinker was good enough to polish the boots of Philosopher Hegel and Kant. Marxism is a shit-philosophy and Karl Marx was a prostitute-philosopher. The theory of dialectic materialism is the shit-logic. The demise of Communism in Soviet Union is its living testimony. The essence of Marxism is the dogma that Religion is the opiate of the masses. Joseph Stalin massacred 30 million devout Orthodox Christians, for not what they did, but for what they worshipped. The real face of Communism is the Judaic religious dogma that justified the massacre of ancient religions. Mao Zedong launched Anti-Right campaign in 1957 that resulted in the death of 60 million Chinese Buddhists. Khmer Rouge of Pol Pot massacred 2 million devout Buddhists. Marxism preaches anti-Religious dogmas, and then how every Russian Jew that landed in the West became suddenly Orthodox Jew. Why did that Jews continue to practice Judaism in Russia when Marxists massacred Orthodox Christians in Russia, Buddhists in China and Cambodia and persecuted Hindus in India? All Communists all over the world should be prosecuted for war crimes committed in Soviet Union, China, and Cambodia. Communism and Marxism are secular doctrine to impose genocidal iconoclast religious agenda of Prophet Karl Marx, which sought to annihilate the entire civilizations of ancient religions. In the looming civilization’s wars the Communists would be hounded as war criminals and prosecuted for Crimes against humanity for causing over 90 million executions of religious believers in the twentieth century. God believers should launch anti-Left campaigns to bring down Communist regimes in China, North Korea, and Vietnam. Anti-Left campaigns should purge Marxists and socialists in Russia, India, and China.

REAGAN-POPE DOCTRINE: President Reagan and Pope agreed to combine the resources of Catholic Church the CIA and the USA to bring down the Communist regime in Poland. India and United States should align with Li Honghzhi of Falun Gong Buddhist Law Sect to bring down the Communist Evil Empire in China. Li Honghzhi is believed to have over 100 million followers in China. In the looming Civilization’s war India and United States should join forces to overthrow the Communist regime in China and install the Buddhist government headed by Li Hoghzhi and Dalai Lama in China. Buddhist Chinese government would come to power around 2002 AD. United States and India should help the confiscation of the assets of Chinese Communists stolen from China. God believers should pool their military resources to bring down the evil communist regime in China and install a Buddhist government in China.

INDIA-CHINA WAR IN TIBET: The technological advances in Precision Guided Munitions, wireless pagers, wireless satellite internet, thinsulated clothing, light condensed foods, long-range mortars allows the Tibet commandos disrupt the vehicular transport in Tibet to isolate Tibet. Lhasa the capital of Tibet, is only 200 miles from Indian frontiers, and is connected by three mountain roads, connecting northwards with Lanzhou, Eastward with Chengdu, and Westward with Shache and Kashi. The 2,000 miles of inhabitable Tibet Plateau separates Chinese supply centers and Lhasa. India can disrupt transportation and cause the secession of Tibet from China. The execution of supporters of Falun Gong is leading China to a civil war. India would join hands with overseas Chinese Buddhists to support armed rebellion in China to bring down the Evil Empire. Geopolitics-wise China cannot defend its positions in Tibet. India should prepare for war and revenge the 1962 defeat.

HINDU CATHOLIC PROSELYTIZING IN CHINA: Hindu India and the Vatican could arrive at a Proselytizing agreement for jointly convert Atheists in China to Hinduism and Christianity. There are many hundred million Atheists in China. India could make 500 million new converts to Hinduism in China before 2012 AD. Perhaps it would be easier to bring Chinese atheists into Hindu fold than in Buddhist fold. Buddhist religious infrastructure would take a long time to prepare. It would be better to propagate Hinduism in China. Eighty percent of China would become Hindu with sustained efforts. Chinese Mahayana Buddhism is 90 percent similar to Hinduism. Chinese Taoism is similar to the worship of Impersonal Brahman.

9(vi) Chinese Invasions of Australia & India

Chinese spy Wen Ho Lee transferred the design secrets of U.S. nuclear weapon warheads, along with the input data, that helped China develop Trident-II type MIRV intercontinental ballistic missiles. The United States lost its military edge in nuclear weapon technology. China is recognized the vulnerability of the United States. The United States will no longer be able to exercise nuclear deterrent against China, in case China decides to occupy Australia.

BUDDHIST GOVERNMENT OF CHINA: Buddhist China and Hindu India would be closest friends and allies in the Age of Civilization’s wars. India played a decisive role in overthrowing the Communist regime of China and installed the Buddhist government. India trained one million Chinese to become Buddhist monks. India arranged the merger of Mahayana Buddhism and Theravada Buddhism. Chinese Buddhism and Taoism got recognition. Buddhists head the Chinese government in the post-communist era. China emerges as the leader of the Buddhist world. Chinese flood the world with Buddhist scriptures. Over a billion copies of the Buddhist scriptures, Dhammapada, printed with red cover is distributed, all over the world. Fights break out among Buddhists and Christians in China. Buddhists desire to take revenge, for alleged Christian insults hurled at Buddhists during the Christian rule of Sun Yatsen and Chiang Kai sheik. Many Chinese Christians reconverts to Buddhism and Taoism. China launches the Organization of Buddhist States (OBS), an international economic and political alliance of Buddhist nations of the world. The OBS includes China, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Burma, and Sri Lanka. Chinese leadership of the Buddhist world changes the global balance of power of the religions.

CHINESE EXPANSION IN SOUTHEAST ASIA: Overseas Chinese community represents one third of population in Malaysia. The Indian community votes in favor of a Chinese Prime Minister of Malaysia. Under the leadership of a Chinese origin Prime Minister of Malaysia, the region becomes a very vibrant economy. Chinese control the economy of Indonesia and Bhumiputra became jealous of prosperous Malaysia under a Chinese Prime Minister. Hindus, Christians, and Buddhists join hands to get an ethnic Chinese elected as the President of Indonesia. Indians support Chinese President and Indonesia becomes very prosperous under Chinese leadership. China resettles 20 million Chinese in the sparsely populated Jaya Irian and makes considerable investments in the neighboring Papua New Guinea, replacing Australia as the main trading partner. China bribes the Prime Minister of Australia to grant special status to Chinese immigrants to Australia.

CHINESE INVASIONS OF SIBERIA: In 1995, the illegal Chinese immigrants in Siberia numbered 5 million compared to 7 million Russians in Eastern Siberia. Illegal Chinese immigrants in Eastern Siberia continually rise, and it alarms Russian authorities. Russian authorities decide that only by allowing Indian emigration to Siberia would Russia be able to defend Siberia against Chinese incursions. Ten million Indian youths move into Siberia and it results in unprecedented prosperity in Eastern Siberia. Indian troops man Russia’s frontiers with China, and it scares China. China realizes that India will oppose Chinese invasions of Siberia, and result in India’s counter strikes against Tibet and Xinjian. China realizes its vulnerability in Tibet and Xinjian. United States had transferred latest nuclear weapons warhead designs, MIRV, and Satellite technology to China to goad Chinese northward expansion.

BUDDHIST REVOLUTION IN CHINA: The return of Hong Kong to China had undermined Christian conspiracies and Buddhism became a major force in the life of Chinese people. The Falun Gong Buddhist Law spiritual sect gathers momentum and its followers numbered 100 million in 1999 to 300 million in AD 2001. Buddhist politicians endorsed by Li Hongzhi and Dalai Lama form the first Buddhist government in post-communist China. Mahayana Buddhism and Taoism are declared the State Religions in China. This important decision shakes Religion’s balance of power in the world. China gets its Buddhist government just five years after India got its first Hindu government in 1998. Hindu India and Buddhist China opens their borders and India gives 30 million Indian girls in marriage to Buddhist Chinese boys, to balance the shortage of females in China with the excess of female population in India. Five million Chinese girls come to India to marry Hindu Indian boys.

ORGANIZATION OF BUDDHIST STATES: India, China, and Japan launch the Organization of Buddhist States (OBS). Many states join OBS that include besides China, Japan, India, Thailand, Mongolia, South Korea, North Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Burma, Bhutan, Singapore, and Sri Lanka. Sikkim, Lhasa, and Tibet join as associate members. OBS represent half of the world’s population and 50 percent of the world’s manufactured output by AD 2010.

BUDDHIST CHRISTIAN RIOTS IN CHINA: Buddhist government unearths records implicating Christian Missionaries, Christian bureaucrats, and Communists in the murders of 50 million Buddhists. By selective starvation over 50 million Buddhists died in 1950’s and early 1960’s in China, which was a part of the diabolic Communist-Catholic conspiracy to undermine Buddhist opposition to Maoist. The Christian elite that dominated in the Chinese bureaucracy during Christian presidencies of Sun Yatsen and Chiang Kai sheik switched loyalties to the Communists, by convincing them the need to cooperate against the common Buddhist and Taoist enemy. Buddhists took to the streets to demand the prosecution of all those responsible for genocide of 50 million Chinese Buddhists. It uncovered the role Christians played in the massacre of Cambodian Buddhists by Khmer Rouge. Chinese government confiscates the Catholic Church properties in China, and start the prosecution of such Catholic priests as actively participated in anti-Buddhist conspiracies. More than 30 million Chinese Christians reconvert to Buddhism. Christian Buddhist riots disturb Taiwan’s relations with China. Christian Taiwan declares independence. Taiwan breaks all contacts with Buddhist China. China invades Taiwan and occupies Taiwan before US Seventh Fleet could make any move.

CHINESE INVASIONS OF AUSTRALIA: Chinese invasions of Taiwan alarms Australia and New Zealand. British troops land in Australia to bolster its defenses. British and Australia decide to make preemptive strikes against Chinese community in Jaya Irian. Australia reasoned that 20 million Chinese immigrants in Jaya Irian would be a great threat to Australia. The majority of Indonesian Chinese businessman is Christian, and they prefer Taiwan to China, so Australia helps Christian Chinese set up a Taiwan type independent state in Jaya Irian. It angers the Chinese President of Indonesia and under his leadership Indonesia signs a defense pact with Buddhist China and demands Australia to withdraw from Jaya Irian. Chinese Navy decides to strike against Perth and makes an amphibious landing of 100,000 Chinese Marines. China also attacks Australian outposts in Indonesia’s Jaya Irian. The Chinese invasions of Australia ignite the Third World War. The United States and NATO declare war on China and vow to defend Australia at any cost, but they soon realize that their military operations are doomed. (vii) Organization of Buddhist States (OAS)

BUDDHIST CIVILIZATION’S ALLIANCE: India, Japan, and China, shall set up the global Organization of Buddhist States, (OBS) to include, (1) Japan, (2) China, (3) North Korea, (4) South Korea, (5) Taiwan, (6) Singapore, (7) Bhutan, (8) India, (9) Nepal, (10) Burma, (12) Mongolia, (13) Thailand, (14) Laos, (15) Cambodia, (16) Vietnam, and (17) Sri Lanka.

HINAYANA MERGES WITH MAHAYANA BUDDHISM: Mahayana Buddhism is the dominant religion of China, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and Vietnam. Hinayana Buddhism is the dominant religion of Burma, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Sri Lanka. Mahayana Buddhism is very similar to Hinduism and worships gods and deities. Hinduism shall co-opt the gods and goddess of Mahayana Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Shintoism, and Hinayana Buddhism. Hinduism-Mahayana-Taoism merger shall result in unification of Oriental Religions under common scriptures of Universal Dharma.

BUDDHIST GOVERNMENT OF CHINA: India shall provide material, military, media and political support to establish a Buddhist government in China. Communist China must not prosecute Buddhist Falun Gong sect. India should provide arms and munitions to Buddhists in stage revolution in China. Minorities account for 10 percent of the population and occupy 60 percent of the landmass of China. India would threaten the disintegration of southern China and mountainous China, unless Communist China guarantees full religious freedom to Buddhists and Taoists in China. The recent technological revolution in Precision Guided Munitions and High Mountain warfare would defeat Chinese forces in mountainous regions of China.

OVERTHROW COMMUNIST REGIME IN CHINA: The main purpose of Hindu foreign policy shall be to promote a Buddhist government of China. China is currently under a foreign rule of international Communism. Communist party members have no love for Chinese civilizations. Chinese Communists represents the foreign occupation force in China. Hindu India will lead the Buddhist revolution in China, North Korea, Burma, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

9(vii) Disintegration of China Likely

India should militarily support the Tibetan Buddhists. The military lesson of Kargil War is that the revolutionary forces entrenched in the mountaintops present credible threats to the Trans Tibet highways. Throughout history, China invaded by the barbarians from Mongolia and Tibet. China is militarily vulnerable in Tibet. India would wage war against China in Tibet to encourage the secession of Tibet from China. The military victory of India in the Indo-China War in Tibet is assured. Geopolitics guarantees India's victory in Tibet.

17 Karmapa of Kagyu Buddhism

The 17th Karmapa, a 14-year old boy, whose given name was Ugyen Trinley Dorje, is the leader of one of the four sects, which stretches back even farther than that of the Dalai Lama. The elevation of the 7-year-old in 1992 had been the last -ditch efforts by Tibetan religious leaders to reach an accommodation with their Chinese overlords. He was enthroned at Tsurphu. In 1994, the 17th Karmapa, was the honored guest of President Jiang Zemin at Chinese national day celebrations in Beijing. The Karmapa's flight was extraordinarily important. There is no longer any fear that any one of the major leaders in the Tibetan hierarchy would be under the sway of the Chinese. The dramatic escape of the Tibetan Lama, the 17th Karmapa, appears to dash whatever hopes remained for a compromise between Beijing and Tibet's traditional Buddhist leadership. The Communist government in Beijing criticized across the globe for its suppression of Tibetan culture and religion. The 17th Karmapa left the 800-year-old Tsurphu monastery in central Tibet, about 40 miles north of Lhasa, on 28th December, telling his guards he was going on a religious retreat. Later disguised as a commoner, he and a group of attendants trekked for days across the mountains toward the border with Nepal. On January 7, Dalai Lama and the Tibetans in Dharmasala, the seat of their government-in-exile, welcomed him to freedom. It is a joyful thing for all Tibetan Buddhists. The 17th Karmapa lama was born in June 26, 1985, into a family of nomads in eastern Tibet. Dalai lama is the monk of Gelugpa sect, and is the highest Lama in Tibet. Panchen lama is the second-highest Lama in Tibet, in numbers of followers and size of his monastery. However, Karmapas are widely believed beyond the size of their order. Karmapas had traditionally very good relations with the Dalai Lama. Tsurphu monastery was one of the monasteries most devastated by the Chinese before and during the 1966-76 Cultural Revolution. In Woodstock, N.Y., where the Karmapa Buddhists maintain their largest monastery outside Himalayan region, the Karma Triyana Dharma Chakra Center, Tenzin Chonyi, the monastery president said that the escape seemed miraculous. Karmapa's escape underlined the worsening treatment of Tibetan Buddhist leaders by the Chinese. As the leader of the Kagyu branch of Tibetan Buddhism, the 17th Karmapa joins the leaders of the other three branches now living outside Tibet. The defection of the 17th Karmapa is the most significant exodus from china since the Dalai Lama and tens of thousands of Tibetans departed Tibet after a failed 1959 uprising against Chinese rule.

Secession of Tibet

The military revolution of precision-guided-munitions allows Tibetan Buddhists disrupt the vehicular transportation along the roads that connect Lhasa with Kashi and Hotan in Xinjiang province, and connects Lhasa with Chengdu in Sichuan province. Historically, the mainland of China has suffered from invasions from tribes Mongolia's steppes and Tibet Mountains. China would lose Tibet war. India should wage a open war in Tibet to liberate Tibet and Qinghai provinces from China. India should invade the Yunnan province via Burma to disrupt Chinese supply routes to Tibet and Qinghai from coastal China. Indian military victory in Tibet would wipe out the debacle of 1962 India-China war. India has no option but to go for India-China war in Tibet and Qinghai.

Support Falun Gong

India should supply arms and materials to Falun Gong Buddhist revolutionaries in China to overthrow the evil Asura Raksasha regime of Communists. Falun Gong has 100 million followers in China, more than the membership of the Communist Party of China. India should engineer the Buddhist Revolutionary Movement in China to overthrow Communist regime in China by war. In the War of Religions and the clash of civilizations, it is the religious duty of Hindus to wage the Ramayana type war against China to bring down the regime of evil Ravana based in Beijing. Indian Army shall support the mountainous people to overthrow the domination of Han Communists that massacred 60 million Buddhists during Mao Zedong. India shall wage a religious war in Tibet and Yunnan provinces to reestablish the Buddhist government in Beijing by overthrowing evil Atheist Communist regime.

China under Foreign Rule

MONGOLS (1279-1368) & MANCHUS (1644-1912) WERE FOREIGN RULERS OF CHINA: China has been under foreign rule most of the time in the Second Millennium. China had been divided for 400 years from 220-580 AD. During 1200's, Mongols swept into China from the north. In 1279, Mongols gained control of all China. Mongol Emperor Kublai Khan established the Yuan Dynasty that ruled China from 1279 to 1368 AD. It was the first time that all China had come under foreign rule. The Mongols ruled China harshly. In 1644, the Manchu people of Manchuria invaded China and established the Ch'ing dynasty. The Manchus ruled China until 1912. Thus, China had been under foreign rule for 357 years during 1279 to 1912, the period of 633 years. During this period only during Ming Dynasty that ruled from 1368 to 1644, for 276 years that, China was under Chinese rule of Han race. Western powers invaded China while China was under foreign rule of Manchus. Western powers used Christianity to weaken the national spirit of Buddhist China. Buddhist provided the unifying principle during Mongol Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368), Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), and Manchus Ch'ing Dynasty (1644-1912). Mongols, Mings and Manchus were all opposed to Christianity and Western culture.

TAIPING REBELLION 1851-1864: While China was under the foreign rule of Manchu Ch'ing Dynasty, Taiping Rebellion, a religious movement that challenged both Confucianism and Manchu Ch'ing Dynasty. The Taiping Rebellion lasted from 1851 to 1864, incidentally coincided with the 1857 Wars of liberation in India. After 14 years of bloody civil war, Manchus organized new armies, with the help of military aid from foreign western powers. China is scared of Falun Gong Buddhist Law Sect as it could overthrow Communist regime in China. The support base of Falun Gong is more than enjoyed by Taiping Rebels in 1851.

BOXER REBELLION (1900): Japanese defeated China in 1895. By the 1890's, majority of Chinese violently opposed the spread of Western and Christian influences in China. Chinese rebels formed secret societies. The best-known society called the Boxers by the Westerners because its members practiced Chinese ceremonial exercises that resembled shadowboxing. In the Boxer Rebellion of 1900, the Boxers and other secret societies attacked and killed Westerners and Chinese Christians. Manchus court supported the Boxers. The European military intervention crushed the Boxers Rebellion.

PRESIDENT YUAN SHIH-K'AI (1912-1916): The last Manchu Emperor, a 6-year-old boy, gave up the throne on Feb. 12, 1912. On March 10, Yuan Shih-Kai became the President and late the Emperor of China. In 1913, the Christians established the Kuomintang (Nationalist Party) and revolted against Yuan, and fled to Japan, when the revolt failed. Yuan Shih-k'ai died in 1916, and the power of the central government quickly crumbled. Presidents continued to hold office in Peking, but the real power in China lay in the hands of warlords.

CHRISTIAN SUN YAT SEN: Christian Sun Yat Sen was a political non-entity, and he never was the President of China and father of Modern China. The pagan statues of Sun Yat Sen are widely common in Catholic institutions in the West. It suggests that western media promoted Christian Sun Yat Sen was promoted as the father of China, just as Christianized Mahatma Gandhi was promoted as the Father of Indian nation by Christian warlords united under the leaderships of Chiang-Kai-sheik who was appointed military commander by Sun Yat Sen. In 1926, the Christian warlords began a campaign to defeat the Buddhist northern warlords. In 1927, Chiang and his Christian troops turned against Communists and destroyed Communist-backed labor unions in Shanghai. In 1928, the Nationalists captured Peking and united China under one government for the first time since 1916. From 1916 after the death of Emperor Yuan Shih-k'ai until 1928, for the period of 12 years China was under warlords. In 1931 Japanese occupied Manchuria and established the Buddhist dominated state of Manchukuo, the Chinese Buddhists and the supporters of Manchu Empire supported Manchukuo. Japanese armies controlled most of eastern China by the end of 1938. The Christian Presidency of China lasted from 1928 to 1938, the period of 10 years only. It is amusing that on May 4, 1919, students in Peking demonstrated against the Versailles Peace Conference, just as the Khilafat Movement was launched in India by Mahatma Gandhi, not to demand the independence of India, but to demand more rights for Turkey.

CHINESE CIVIL WAR (1946-49): In mid-1946 full-scale war began between Christian nationalists and Communists led by Mao Zedong. Buddhists supported Communists against the Christian nationalists. In January 1949, Mao's armies captured Tienstin and Peking in January 1949. On Oct. 1, 1949 Mao, proclaimed PRC and Christian Chiang Kai-sheik fled to Taiwan. From 1949 to 1952, Mao killed several million Buddhist landlords. The universities were closed during Cultural Revolution from 1966 to 1970. Mao called the army in 1967 to massacre Buddhists and Taoists in China.

Tibet War is the Ramayana War

China is the Buddhist and Taoist nation and China has been under foreign rule during Buddhist Mongols (1279-1368), and during Buddhist Manchus (1644-1912). China was under Buddhist Han Emperor (1912-1916). Buddhists lost their power during Christian Chiang Kai sheik (1928-1938). Japanese rule during 1938-1945, can be called the Buddhist rule. The Communist rule of Mao Zedong was an anti-Buddhist government. The Communist rule in China would be called the foreign rule in China. China has been dependent State, under foreign rule during Mongols (1279-1368), Manchus (1644-1912), Japanese rule (1937-45), and Communists (1949-2000). Indian Empire during British rule controlled the British sphere of influence in Southern China.

India should provide necessary arms and military equipment to overthrow the atheist foreign of Communists in Tibet, and Qinghai provinces. China cannot fight the Tibetan warriors in Tibet and Qinghai. India should provide military support to 100 million supporters of Falun Gong Buddhist Law to overthrow the Atheist Communist regime in China. India china War to overthrow the atheist Communist rule to reestablish the Buddhist government is the religious war waged by people of God organized to destroy the Devil's rule in China. Hindu nuclear India would militarily destroy the Communist civilization in China and reestablish Buddhist-Taoist rule in China. China lost its freedom in 1644 AD and continues to be under foreign rule of the Communists. Communists under Mao massacred 5 million Buddhists landlords under its land redistribution programs. Communists have caused the deaths of more than 60 million Buddhists under anti-Right Campaign of 1957. Hindu India should send its troops to overthrow the Evil Atheist Communist Regime in China, just as God Rama organized monkey-army to destroy the Ravana Empire in Lanka. As military alliance of Rama with monkey-king Sugriva gave Rama geopolitical advantages that resulted in the death of the entire race of Raksashas. Similarly, Hindu Buddhist Army shall destroy and annihilate Communist occupation forces to liberate China from foreign occupation. Only under Buddhist-Taoist rule would China regain its independence, expel foreign rule and reestablish the rule of Chinese civilization. Communists defeated by Revolutionary Buddhist Army just as Raksasha army killed by Rama and monkey army. The military objective of Buddhist Revolutionary would be to hang every Communist in China to reestablish the Buddhist rule in China. Buddhists would destroy the foreign occupation of Communists, who follow the evil doctrine of prostitute-philosopher Karl Marx.

9(viii) Secession of Tibet

Empire of Song Tsen Gampo

TIBETAN KING SONG TSEN GAMPO As early as the second century BC and at intervals down to the third century AD, nomad tribes of Tibetan stock, known as the Chi'ang, harried the borders of northwest China. In the seventh century AD, Tibetans suddenly emerged as a formidable military power fighting their way into the confines of China and demanding a Chinese princess in marriage for their king. In 635 young Tibetan King Song-tsen Gampo demanded and eventually received a Chinese princess as his bride. To Song-tsen Gampo is attributed not only the creation of Tibetan military greatness, but also the introduction of writing and the Buddhist religion. After their first invasions of China the Tibetans extended their warlike activities in all directions with remarkable vigor.

Tibet Empire

TIBETAN EMPIRE: Tibetans invaded India in 648. In 670 Tibetans annihilated the Tu-yu-hun people of the neither Koko Nor area. Tibetans captured the four main Chinese strongholds in Chinese Turkestan and cut Chinese communications with the west and laid the foundations of a Tibetan Empire in Central Asia. In the WEST Tibetans occupied Hunza and they penetrated as far as Swat, with which they had religious connection. Tibetans were in contact with Arab conquerors of Transoxiana. Tibetan military operations extended as far as Farghana and Samarkand. Tibetans threatened Baghdad that caused Harun-ar-Rashid, the Caliph of Baghdad to align with for a short time with the Chinese against the Tibetans. In the north and northeast the Tibetans marched with the Uighurs and with the Western Turks (Tou-Kiue). Tibetans frequently made a common cause with Western Turks against China. In the South Tibetans dominated the kingdom of Nepal and the hill tribes on the Indian side of the Himalayas. Tibetan activities spread into Upper Burma.

TIBETAN INVASIONS OF CHINA: To China itself the Tibetans were a constant source of trouble. Tibetan armies pushed further into the territory of the T'ang Empire. Tibetan generals and ministers occupied and administered almost the whole of Kansu and the greater part of Szechwan and northern Yunnan. To win respite the Chinese had to pay the annual tribute of 50,000 rolls of silk.

Tibetan Emperor of China

TIBETAN EMPEROR OF CHINA: In 763, when a new Emperor withheld the annual tribute to Tibet, the Tibetan Army captured the Chinese Capital, which was then at Chang'an (Sian) and set up, for a short time, the brother of the preceding Tibetan King's wife as Emperor of China. Tibet and China, it is clear, were then two powers on an equal footing. In fact, the Tibetans were regularly the aggressors and in general, had the upper hand. T'ang Emperor paid tributes to Tibet. Tibet never paid tributes to China. China could never occupy Lhasa. Tibetans occupied Chinese capital at Ch'angan. The first Treaty concluded between China and Tibet in A.D. 821. It is recorded on a stone pillar in Lhasa. It is beyond question a treaty between equals. Even in 1794, China did not mention Tibet as among the vassals of China.

EXTENT OF TIBETAN EMPIRE IN AD 750: Rand McNally Historical Atlas of the World describes the frontiers of Tibet Empire of 750 AD to include whole Nepal. The four Chinese garrisons of Khotan (Yutien), Kashgar (Chlasha), Kucha (Anhsi), Ynchi and Peiting, lost to Tibetans and Tibet occupied Chinese Turkestan south of Tien Mountains. The decisive battle of Tolas in 751 Tibet Army defeated china. Karluks, Western Turks came under Tibetan control after 754. Tibet conquered Gilgit in Kashmir in 751. Tibet had conquered Tuyuhuns and reached the borders of the Gobi desert. Tibet in early seventh century unified into a militarily formidable kingdom. In the mid-eighth century, Tibetan raiders disputed the spoils of the oasis cities with the Moslems of eastern Iran. The success of the Tibetans was such that they soon built an empire reaching from the mouth of the Ganges and the upper Indus northward to Lake Balkash in Siberia, and east to the great bend of the Yellow River. By 860, the outlying regions of Tibet Empire had broken away, but the nucleus of the Tibetan State survived.

Indian Influence over Tibet

INDIAN INFLUENCES OVER TIBET: Severe geographical conditions made anything more than a proto-civilization impossible in Tibet. This, together with the desire to remain spiritually independent of china, accounts for the very limited penetration of Chinese styles of life in Tibet. Lamaists of Tibet remained always conscious of the Indian Buddhist origins of their faith, thus in effect opposing Sinification by appealing to the traditions of a rival great civilization. The moral energy of Lamaism increased in the fourteenth century when a reform movement captured many of the monasteries of Tibet and instituted a more rigorous intellectual and ascetic discipline among the monks. This reformed Yellow Monks, so called for from the color of the monk's robes, became dominant in the later Tibetan history.

Rise of Yellow Monks

RISE OF YELLOW MONKS: The missionary extension of the Reformed Yellow Robed Monks successfully brought nearly all of the Mongol people under its fold. The Yellow robes were characterized by insisting upon celibacy and a stricter monastic discipline. Early in the sixteenth century, the Yellow Robes won control of the Tibetan government. The Grand Lama of Lhasa became a sort of Mayor of the palace and assumed political as well as religious authority in the land. Toward the end of the sixteenth century, various Mongol tribes began to acknowledge the authority of the Yellow Robes. By the early seventeenth century, most of the Mongol tribes converted to the Yellow Robes. The Chinese government attempted to establish diplomatic influence over the leaders of Yellow Robes. The religious hierarchy of Lamaism had a hand in consolidating the formidable Kalmuk confederacy. Kalmuk Confederacy from its headquarters on the Ili River challenged the best military efforts of the Chinese government until 1757. Then a smallpox epidemic finished what Chinese Armies had begun and wiped the stubborn nomads from political existence. Lamaism protected the horsemen of the Asia's steppe from the spiritual domination of their more highly civilized neighbors. The Hindu revival in India and the reform of Lamaism in Tibet and Mongolia served to protect local cultural values against alien pressures.

Mongol Threat to China:

BARBARIAN THREAT FROM STEPPES: Historically Han Chinese could never settle down in the hostile Steppes and Mountain lands. The people of the steppes needed lands for horse pastures, and eliminated local residents of conquered territories, as men competed with horses for lands. English absent Aristocracy expelled peasants from Irish lands and switched to sheep farming over corn or potato farming. The farming required farmers, who need food, and thus compete with sheep for lands, while Sheep meant the cash crop of wool and milk for the absent landlords. Prophet Joshua recommended the massacre of all men and women except virgins, because females could be shepherds and polygamy allowed a man to have numerous women and large flock of sheep. Anglo Saxon settlers eliminated native Indian populations of North America, Australia and New Zealand, and limited population could supervise large sheep farms. Semite Arab race from Saudi deserts massacred the men of civilized agricultural societies of Egypt, Libya and Algeria, and could develop a successful sheep farming economy using female hands. It caused the destruction of agricultural farming in Libya and Algeria and the agricultural lands taken over by Sahara Desert. Cruel barbarians have a military advantage over civilizations.

Minorities Would Secede from China

CHINESE CANNOT OCCUPY MOUNTAIN LANDS: Only nomads can survive in Mongolia, Sinkiang, Tibet, Qinghai, and Yunnan. Historically Han Chinese could never settle down in the hostile Steppes and Mountain lands. The Han could never settle in Mongolian steppes, Sinkiang Desert, and Tibet Mountains. Non-agricultural economy of mountainous regions, based on low population density, cannot support large cities and large population base that civilizations require. Chinese cannot rule the region without the support of local population. All major cities in Sinkiang and Tibet are near Indian borders. Kashi, Shasche in Sinkiang, and Lhasa in Tibet is near to Indian borders, and they had been part of Indian civilization, culture and economy. China cannot sustain its garrisons in Kashi, Sache, and Lhasa by supplies from China. China developed close political relationship with Pakistan to secure supplies and support to its troops in Kashi, Sache, and Hotan. China developed close relationship with Nepal to secure supplies to Lhasa. China invaded India in 1962, to secure foothold on the Indian side of the Mountains so that Indians would not climb up the mountains and threaten Chinese hegemony. Once Indian High Mountain divisions disrupt Chinese vehicular traffic on the Kashi-Zhaxigang-Mansarovar-Heithe or Xifgaze, and Lhasa, and Chengdu route, then Chinese hold over Tibet would collapse. India should adopt typical Mongol strategy in Tibet. Mongol strategy emphasized mobility and surprise attacks on enemies and destruction of enemy properties to create chaos. Buddhist Tibet revolutionaries should attack Chinese communication networks and civilian settlements. Han persecution of Tibetan Buddhist would end, after violent Buddhist attacks on Han civilian properties in mountainous regions. It would cause exodus of Han settlers from isolated communities, which would become military command centers for more guerrilla operations.

India Intervenes in Afghanistan

INDIAN OPERATION IN AFGHANISTAN: Indian Army should intervene in Afghanistan to train for high mountain warfare. Military lessons of Afghan operations would come very handy in Tibet War. Indian Army should train for guerilla war operations with Vietnam War veterans in Vietnam and Cambodia. Indian military operations in African jungle warfare would come handy in mountain warfare in Tibet.

Buddhist Tibetan Army

TRAIN TIBET MOUNTAIN WAR FORCE: The Tibet War is the war of Tibetans, fought by brave Tibet origin Buddhists. India should train an army of 100,000 Buddhist Tibet Mountain Army to fight Chinese Army in Tibet. Indian regular troops would provide support and services, the actual fighting done by Tibet people. The Tibet War is the war of liberation of Tibet people, fought by brave Tibet Militia, to drive Han settlers out of Tibet.

Mobilizing Overseas Chinese

INDIA PROMOTING BUDDHIST INTERESTS: Overseas Chinese community in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and America would finance Buddhist revolutionary war in China. Buddhism shall be the key-factor in Tibet War. Buddhist Falun Gong has a membership of 100 million in China. India should develop military ties with Taiwan, and Singapore. India should develop close military ties with Buddhists in Hong Kong and Macao. India should arm Buddhist revolutionaries in Yunnan. Kunming in Yunnan Province will organize Buddhists in China. Chairman Mao organized the mountainside of China to launch the major offensive on Chiang kai sheik troops. Buddhist revolution would begin in the mountainous provinces of Tibet, Qinghai, Sinkiang, and South China provinces of Guanxi, and Yunnan. Private people do not own guns in China. India should simply flood Tibet, Qinghai, Sinkiang, Yunnan, and Guangxi with guns and drugs. The Tibet War would be a Chinese war, India simply provide military support and military training to Buddhist revolutionaries. Taiwan and overseas Chinese communities would fund around $10 billion to finance the overthrow of Communist regime in China.

Mobilize Buddhist Missionaries

COMPULSORY BUDDHIST EDUCATION: The Tibet war is a religious war seeking the overthrow of demoniac Communist ideology. India need to recruit and train 10 million full-time Buddhist monks to promote Buddhism among Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Burmese, Laotian, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Malaysian and Indian peoples. India needs to print 100 million copies of Buddhist scriptures in Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Bhasa Indonesia, Thai, and other languages. India would build Buddhist temples in China, Korea, Japan, Cambodia and India. India should convert 100 million Hindus into Mahayana Buddhism.

Buddhist Television

BUDDHIST EDUCATIONAL CHANNELS: The Tibet war is a war of religions and religious propagation is the proper instrument of religious war. Buddhist Television will propagate Buddhism in Mandarin and other dialects to Chinese people.

Disrupt Global Drug Trade

OCCUPY NORTH BURMA: India should occupy to disrupt Golden Crescent Drug trade. Communist China earns more than $70 billion by monopolizing Drug trade in Asia. Afghanistan and Burma control 95 percent of global Opium and Heroin production. China and its ally Pakistan control global Opium and Heroin trade. India should occupy North Burma and Afghanistan to disrupt the global Opium and Heroin trade, to damage financial viability of Communist China and Islamic Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Nuclear Deterrent

INDIAN NUCLEAR WEAPONS: Development and deployment of nuclear weapons would deter Chinese nuclear adventuresome in case of military victory of Buddhist revolutionaries in Tibet. The primary purpose of Indian nuclear doctrine is to deter Chinese preemptive nuclear strikes against India, in case of decisive Chinese defeat in Tibet War and decisive defeat at the hands of Revolutionary Buddhists.

Fear of Spiritual Pollution

There are recent signs that long-running battle over the merits of a market economy is not yet over in China. President Jiang Zemin is pressing a campaign against the Spiritual Pollution that comes with opening the economy tot he outside world. While the Chinese leaders have always been wary of allowing what they call bourgeois democracy to catch on, such campaigns have often been cover for leftist elements for slowing economic reforms. President. Jiang Zemin recently clopped the wings of prominent economist Fan Gang, the director of National Economic Research Institute. Fan Gang called for unshackling small private businesses so that they can become the growth engine of the economy. He advocated faster privatization and greater private involvement in the financial sector, so that capital allocated more efficiently. These ideas had been key to China's economic recovery. In the eyes of some within the Communist Party, these ideas were an attack on socialism and attack on the party's monopoly on political power. On April 1, 2000 People's Daily carried the full text of a speech by President Jiang Zemin in which he warned against allowing China's enemies implement strategic plot, to "Westernize and divide China." He attacked bourgeois liberalism as the sugarcoated bullet of capitalism. President Jiang Zemin is the weathervane of Chinese politics, because he is adept at jumping to the front, of emerging political trends in China. The pendulum swings quickly in Beijing. In the 1980s, if the liberals prevailed in one year, you could be sure the next year would bring a conservative entrenchment. President Jiang Zemin's statement hardly means that China is going to abandon the reform process begun by Deng Xiaoping. Since Deng Xiaoping's 1992 southern tour, economic thinkers have received greater breathing space to discuss the next phase of reforms. Jiang Zemin has singled out four intellectuals from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for criticism, and restrictions on lecturing and publishing. Deng Xiaoping and his successor Jiang Zemin were able to move China towards capitalism by using semantic inventions like "socialism with Chinese characteristics." It will be impossible to cover the coming free market reforms with the fig leaf of socialism. Chinese Communism would fall, and China would become Capitalist and Buddhist.

9(ix) Partition China on Religion

Christian European Colonial powers militarily intervened to crush Buddhist Boxers War of Liberation in 1900, and imposed Christians in Chinese corridors of power. China is a predominant Buddhist-Taoist civilization, and is under foreign colonial rule of Communists. Christians under Chiang Kai sheik and Christian leaders of Communists conspired to rob Buddhists of their fundamental rights to rule China. Prophet Karl Marx produced the secular concoction to denounce non-Judaic and non-Catholic, Eastern Religions as opiate of the masses. Buddhists and Taoists represent more than 90 percent of the population of China. United Nations should hold referendum in china to allow Chinese to choose whether they want to set up Independent Buddhist China, to partition China into Buddhist-Taoist China, Christian China, and Communist China. Hindu India cannot remain silent spectator to the continued suppression of Buddhism-Taoism, and continued massacre, oppression of Buddhists and Taoists in China. Western media turns a blind eye over Communist suppression and oppression on Buddhists and Falun Gong members, hoping that suppression of Buddhism would expedite the Christianizing of China. It could boomerang on Christianity, as Buddhists would support Communists in Chinese drive towards taming Vatican.

9(x) Rise of Taoism

Local folk religions have spread allover China in recent years, even while the Falun Gong sect is under suppression. Ancestor worship, which banned for 40 years under Communism is having a revival. Chinese worship Heaven Mother, King of Three Mountains, the Grandfather of Virtue, and Grandfather of Wealth. The incense may evoke Buddhism and the gods may resemble Taoist deities, but these deities are traditional folk religion. Villagers primarily worship the heaven Mother, their own special God, who brings the village prosperity, harmony, wealth and strong children. All over rural China, there has been a renaissance of, what Christian missionary call, home grown religions. It started in 1980's but has quickened after 1995, fueled by increasing prosperity.

China's evil Communist leaders have spent much of 1999 denouncing cults and superstitions, in part to justify their ban on Falun Gong, to the great delight of Christian missionaries. Communist leaders have failed to repress abundance of folk religions that have re-emerged as a focus of rural life. Folk religions were common in pre-Communist China. Evil Judeo-Communists labeled Chinese religions feudal remnants and banned them during the first 30 years of Communist rule, from 1950-1980. However, today virtually every village on the southern coast has at least one temple or shrine, generally devoted to ancestors or local deities. Under Communist rule, traditional ceremonies disbanded in the early 1950's, and the villages' old temples smashed to bits in 1966, during iconoclast Cultural Revolution. However, Judeo-communists did not destroy Christian Churches, they especially targeted Buddhist, Taoist temples and deities.

Chinese folk religions have become a focal point of village life, providing a framework to replace the rigid Communist system of the Mao era, which has now largely crumbled. These religions bring together individuals who would otherwise be loose and scattered. These religions give guidance and significance to their lives. The revival is occurring all over China, but is most prominent in the southern coast regions, where the economy has grown quickly and clan ties have remained powerful.

Even in Xialing, Guangdong province, a poor farming village of gray brick homes, villages raise $50,000 to rebuild their temple and replace its statues, and they contribute $5,000 to pay for their annual celebration. It is an astounding sum in a region with an annual per capita rural income of less than $500, in a village that recently shut its elementary school for lack of funds. Chinese people believe that donations to the temple will be result in abundant good luck and wealth in the coming year, due to divine intervention.

The Communist government has adopted a hands-off policy towards little shrine, although some tension remains. Since opening up and reform, Chinese people have freedom of faith, so the communists do not dare interfere. The revival of local religions owes some of its success to the same sense of social dislocation that gave rise to Falun Gong, which was wildly popular before it was outlawed in 1999 summer. In local religions the goals tend to be unabashedly down to earth- a new job, more rain, a new son-and the methods center on exuberant excess. As little villages become more prosperous, religious celebrations has become bigger and bigger each year. Communism is the religion of Devil, propagated by Jew Karl Marx to undermine the civilizations of God. The mushrooming of the god's religions in China is testimony to the greater power of God. Evil Communism of Devil would give way to the Chinese Religions.

Dalai Lama represents the God on Earth

‘Millennium World Peace Summit of Religious and Spiritual Leaders’ at the United Nations, to be held in New York Aug. 28 to 31, refused to invite Dalai Lama. Dalai Lama recognized by 3 billion Oriental people as representative of God on Earth. Al Democrats stands on the platform of Tolerance united against the agents of Intolerance must demand that the organizers invite Dalai Lama. Orthodox Jew Joseph Lieberman should forcefully demand the invitation for Dalai Lama.

Pope Says Buddhism Not a Religion

Inviting Dalai Lama makes political sense to the Democrats, as the Catholic religious right and Evangelicals are solidly behind Bush-Cheney ticket and Buddhists including Dalai Lama solidly behind Democratic presidential ticket. By not inviting Dalai Lama discriminatory and undermines the credibility of United Nations.

Pope John Paul II has argued that Buddhism is not a religion because it does not believe in God. Buddhists argue that Buddhahood is god and God Buddha is same as Almighty God. In the year of the Jubilee a public debate should be organized between Dalai Lama the spiritual leader of the Buddhism, and Pope John Paul II the spiritual head of the Christianity.

The non-invite of Dalai Lama was the result of Vatican’s conspiracy to undermine Falun Gong Buddhist Law movement in China, which claims to have 100 million followers. Roman Catholic Church engineered the destruction of Buddhist character of Cambodia and supports the Communist persecution of Buddhists in China, hoping it would expedite the Christianizing of China someday. The non-invite of Dalai Lama has totally undermined the moral authority of the United Nations as well as Ted Turner.

9(ii) Chinese Genocide of Buddhist Falun Gong

FALUN GONG ASKS WORLD'S HELP: Members of the outlawed Falun Gong Buddhist spiritual movement held a daring, clandestine meeting with a handful of foreign journalists today to appeal for international pressure to halt the Chinese Government's relentless crackdown. Risking serious criminal charges for speaking out at an illegal meeting, Buddhist Falun Gong members described a worsening pattern of harassment, arrests and even physical abuse since ban on their movement in July. They called for condemnation by the United Nations and human rights groups. Chinese people have discovered that the right to petition the authorities for justice means little because the government has decided that it must destroy the movement. Falun Gong melds elements of Buddhism and Taoism with traditional Qigong exercises that harness cosmic forces in the body. The official news media labeled Falun Gong as cult, setting the stage for harsher measures since cults are illegal.

FALUN GONG & AUM SHINRIKYO & BRANCH DAVIDIAN: Chinese state press has compared the Falun Gong to cults like Aum Shinrikyo in Japan and the Branch Davidians of United States. Japanese Government accused Aum Shinrikyo for releasing nerve gas in Tokyo subway in 1995. Branch Davidians died fiery deaths at the FBI hands in the United States.

FALUN GONG IS PURE RELIGION: Like Qigong, Falun gong teaches that exercises and meditation can harness the body's energy, and intangible force known in China as Qi, to improve one's health. Exercises often mimic the movements of animals; a tiger, a monkey or a crane is designed to help direct the Qi in one's body to help clear blockages. Falun gong also espouses a philosophy on life that includes a Falun, or Law Wheel, that spins in the abdomen, drawing in good forces and expelling bad ones. Advance yogi practitioners of Law Wheel can gain supernatural powers, like X-ray vision and abnormally long lives. Falun Gong is not a Cult. Falun Gong is a legitimate Religion of Buddhism and Hinduism. Hindu India should provide full support to Buddhists in China. Hindu India cannot remain a silent spectator to the massacre of Buddhists in China. India should militarily support secession of Buddhist Tibet to put pressure on Communist China.

EMBASSY BOMBING & FALUN GONG: It is no accident that Chinese anger over NATO bombing of Chinese Embassy was diverted towards the ban and persecution of Buddhists in China. Chinese declaration that Falun Gong Buddhist sect is similar to Aum Shinrikyo Hindu sect of Japan. Both Falun Gong and Aum Shinrikyo propagated the religions of India. China banned Falun Gong while NATO's Kosovo War continued. It is possible that the Communist ban of Falun Gong could be the continuation of Catholic war against Orthodoxy. The response of the Christian media, to the Communist massacre of Buddhist Falun Gong members in China has been lukewarm. It suggests that the Westernized Communists and Western Christendom might have conspired to destroy Buddhism in China. Christian Chiang Kai sheik handed over power to Communists in China, overruling the better claims of other Buddhist warlords in China. Perhaps Catholics did conspire the Communist crackdown on Buddhist Falun gong, to pave way for the Christian government of China.

COULD CHRISTIAN SECTS BE BANNED LIKE FALUN GONG? Catholics and Protestants are jubilant that 100 million followers of Buddhist Falun Gong are undergoing unprecedented persecution. Christian Press and media, it seems condoned the ban on Buddhism in China. China has banned Buddhist-Taoist Falun Gong spiritual sect mercilessly, to imprison Falun Gong Buddhists for their belief in Buddhism and Taoism. China banned Buddhism and imprisoned Buddhists for not what they did, but for what they believed in. China could in future ban Christianity. Then Christians would have no excuse to criticize Communist ban on Christianity. Then India should also declare Christianity as cult and ban Christianity. Christians cannot remain silent spectators to the massacre of Buddhists in China, for their religious beliefs, and protest when Christianity itself banned elsewhere. History will regret the day Christians aligned with anti-god Communists, to conspire the destruction of Buddhism. Christians aligned with Catholic Pol Pot led Khmer Rouge to expedite the massacre of 2 million Buddhists and monks in Cambodia. Anti-Buddhist President Jiam of China, is the Cannibal Pol Pot of the twenty-first Century. The persecution of Falun Gong Buddhists reminds the world about other massacres in history. The massacre of 30 million Orthodox Christians by Joseph Stalin, the massacre of 60 million Buddhists by Mao Zedong, the Witch burning of the Inquisition era, and the genocide of native American Indians in North and South America. Man, it appears has inherently evil nature. One billion Hindus are prepared to take up arms to defend the basic religious rights of Chinese Buddhists. The massacre of Falun Gong Buddhists in China would trigger Third World War.
