I am an Assistant Professor at DA-IICT, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. 

Prior to this, I was an assistant professor in the Wireless Networks and Applications group at Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham (Amrita University, Kerala). I was a postdoctoral researcher at Nanyang Technological University, supervised by Dr.Jun Luo. My research area is systems design in the mobile and pervasive computing domain. 

I obtained a PhD in Computer Science from University of North Texas, where I was a research assistant for Prof.Ram Dantu of the Network Security Lab. I was involved in research topics that include developing systems using smartphones for indoor localization and biomedical engineering.  I also worked in the area of wireless sensor networks, specifically routing protocols in sensor networks.
