We periodically run workshops that will expand on the training we cover in our regular classes and introduce new areas of Kalarippayattu to those that can't always attend.

This workshop will cover the Puttara and Kalari Vandanams (salutations). We will work through the various Vadivu (animal postures) that are used in these forms and how the movements relate to martial applications, cultural references and work on our suksma sarira (subtle body) in an energetical way.
