I am currently working as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow under the direction of Prof. Anil K. Jain in the Pattern Recognition and Image Processing (PRIP) Lab,  Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)Michigan State University (MSU). My research interests are pattern recognition and image processing with applications to fingerprint matching.

From 2000 to 2007, I studied for B.S.  and M.S. degrees in College of Mathematics & Information Science from  Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an, China, and from 2007 to 2010, I studied for the Ph.D. degree in Computer Applied Technology at the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, under the supervision of Prof. Jie Tian. Since 2010, I have been working in the School of  Life Science and TechnologyXidian University.
