Familiar and experienced with a multitude of software applications including office suites, graphics, sound and design. Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware and network issues; experienced with a variety of audio, video and computer technologies


Client/Customer Service:

Assess the needs of individuals via telephone or in person, field inquiries and complaints and take appropriate actions ensure their satisfaction; p
rovide direction, assistance and demonstration; clarify policies and protocol; develop instructional materials for training




Clerical and Administrative:

Answer phones; prepare correspondence, reports, agendas and presentations; create forms, brochures, banners and posters; set 
up meetings; take and distribute meeting minutes; perform data entry, file and organize; order supplies; follow standard record keeping and accounting principles
