Pulled Pork Asian Bowls


If you want things extra saucy double this recipe.

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 Tbs hoisin sauce

1Tbs fish sauce

1 Tbs sesame oil

2 Tbs brown sugar

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp freshly ground ginger

2 tsp Sriracha

2 cups pulled pork

White rice (1 cup for my husband and me)

Green onions for garnish

Green beans on the side or whatever veggie you're feeling.


  1. Add the soy sauce, garlic, fish sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, ginger, brown sugar, and Sriracha to a small pot or sauce pan on medium heat. Whew that's a lot of ingredients!
  2. Add your two cups of pulled pork and let everything heat up. Make sure the pulled pork is evenly coated in the sauce.
  3. Serve on top of rice and green beans (broccoli is awesome too). 
  4. Enjoy!
