Your Club, Your Experience.....Own It!
Posted Jul 23, 2016, 12:05 PM by Junior Womans Encore ClubWelcome to the GFWC Illinois Junior Woman's Encore Club website! We are so excited to be celebrating our 5th birthday in August of 2016! I feel lucky to say that I am a charter member of this group and now am serving as the club President for 2016-2017. Membership in the Encore Club has given me the opportunity to become friends with women whom I might never had the opportunity to get to know. I have also had the chance to visit new and interesting places, read books I might never have given a second glance as well as rekindle a volunteer spirit in my heart!If you are interested in learning more about our club, please explore this website. We are basically an enrichment group. We have all spent many many hours volunteering as "GFWC Juniors" and now we are back, re-connecting with friends and former club members. Our "meetings" occur four times a year at local restaurants. We enjoy a very stress free club environment. Check out our past activities, events, and projects.
