I am a Professor of Economics at California State University, East Bay, working at the intersection of game theory, experiments, and applied policy. My research examines how incentives and institutions shape behavior in areas such as energy, environmental economics, and resource allocation. I use a combination of theoretical, experimental, and empirical approaches to study how individuals and groups make decisions and how those decisions translate into real-world outcomes. My work has appeared in Economic Theory, Games and Economic Behavior, and Energy Journal. I teach econometrics, managerial economics, game theory, and environmental economics, with a focus on connecting economic ideas to real-world decisions.
