Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

6 c. rhubarb, cut into pieces

2 c. sugar

2 Tbsp flour

2 eggs

2 Tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 yellow cake mix

3/4 c. butter, melted

1. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, milk and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Stir in rhubarb.

2. Spread over bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Evenly sprinkle dry cake mix over rhubarb mixture. Pour melted butter over top of entire mixture.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
