Lemonies

Ingredients


Brownies

3/4 c. flour

3/4 c. sugar

1/4 t salt

1 stick butter, soft

2 eggs

Juice from 1/2 lemon (about 1 Tbsp)

Zest from 1/2 lemon (about 1 Tbsp)

 

Glaze

1/2 c. powdered sugar

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Additional lemon zest


1. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Mix in softened butter. 


2. In another bowl whisk the eggs with the lemon juice and zest. Add to the larger bowl and mix well. 


3. Pour into a prepared 8x8 pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.


*Double the recipe for a 9x13 pan. Bake 28-30 minutes
