About me
Welcome to my website!
I am a professor of Empirical Economics at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Würzburg (Germany)
My research interests lie at the intersection of migration and integration, labour, and education economics.
My research interest focuses on immigration, integration and the effects of public policies. In particular, I study the integration behaviour of immigrants and how it is affected by either integration policies or attitudes of the native population. I dwell upon these issues connecting large-scale register and survey data with a behavioural experiment and I have a keen interest in empirical methods for causal inference.
