The case of 9.11 is the result of American's National Experiment (including world defense system and its misuse) and it is legitimate self defense by third party and so Al-Qaeda (including Khaliq) is innocent. 
However it is set with following perception and judgement.
The result of National Experiment (including Project New American century, behavior pattern reflects law threat assesment) indicate that Japan allow the misuse of defense system (of course including EM weapon as HAARP) as a nation. 
It's different from US President Clinton published the administrative order (1998) and European Parliament resolved at all are present (1999).
In other word, Japan is the state sponsor of terrorism and the indirect principal clime nation related to the case of 9.11. 
Untill recently, Japan have let many suffering be mental disease patient and be excluded from society.
Because National defense system using EM weapon is tied to all over the world (means America and the other nations related to America) as the world defense system.
And now, Japanese organized climinals (constructed with Justice, Politics, TV, Mafia, and General dreamaers lol) are going on destruction and counterfeit of evidence, sometime beating, sometime killing with abusing WDS for concealing their own clime and getting the more profits.
As the result of it, the leader of Al-Qaeda Osama bin ladin was killed by the believers or dreamers who believe the perception as Al-Qaeda is murder leaded from erroneous assumption by abusing WDS. Many many innocent people can result in receiving damage there.
Eachone all around the world should control President Obama to fit justice perception and a special military court to judge demanded justice based on this perception.
