- Invite first-timers to join you at the Opening Mixer Sunday, July 29, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM .
- Invite first-timers to join you at the ASA President’s Invited Address, which will be given by Laura Evans on Monday, July 30, 4:00 PM.
- Encourage students to attend the #StudentsLead Workshop Monday, July 30, 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Fairmont Waterfront-Waterfront Ballroom B.
- Encourage students to attend the JSM Student Mixer Monday, July 30, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
- Invite first-timers to join you at the ASA Presidential Address & Founders and Fellows Recognition Tuesday, July 31, 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM.
- Invite first-timers to join you at the JSM Dance Party Tuesday, July 31, 9:30 PM – 12:00 AM.
- Visit Spotlight Vancouver.
- Visit the committee and sections booths and tables, learn about opportunities, and get involved.
- Meet the ASA staff. They are spectacular folks!

We will have a brief docent orientation at 12:15 pm on Sunday, July 29th. We will meet in the Vancouver Convention Center - West Ballroom CD (the location of the First Time Attendee Reception.
