J. Senthilnath, Ph.D. (IISc) is Research Fellow of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. His current research focuses on bridging the gap between resource management, UAV image analysis and satellite remote sensing to design new algorithms for unsupervised learning and optimization techniques. He has published more than 60 peer-reviewed papers. Prior to joining NTU, he was with Space Technology Cell (STC), ISRO as Research Associate of Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), India. Subsequently, he selected in the Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES), NASA as Postdoctoral Fellow of Geospatial Sciences Center of Excellence at the SDSU and the USGS EROS Center, USA. He is an organizing chair for IEEE SSCI 2018 and co-chair for IEEE CIRS 2018. He also contributed as a program committee member in few of international conferences.

Research Interest:
  • Unsupervised learning and optimization techniques
