Classroom Technology Grant Rubric

Jerome School District Technology Grant applications will be evaluated using the rubric shown below.

It is strongly recommended that PLCs use this rubric to make sure everything is included in their application.

JUST A REMINDER:  Be sure to make the connection between the equipment you are requesting and how it will target IEP and ELL students.

An information sheet with links to various websites for teachers to use as they research equipment to meet their objectives is also attached. 

Pricing sheets are also attached.  You are also encouraged to visit sites such as Dell, and HP, etc. to gain prices on equipment that may not be listed on these documents.

General Provisos

 

Intent of the funding is to place technology tools into education classrooms. The emphasis should therefore be on the "tools" and not the software. (3 points)

 

All components of the application must be completed as described. Additional attachments of "evidence and artifact support" may be attached to the application.  However, applicants need to adhere to length criteria as described in the application.  (3 points)

Through the submittal of this application with signatures, the applicant agrees to all conditions and requirements of the grant. (3 points)
