We live constantly surrounded by a huge amount of industrial devices and structures which, for the majority of the times, we overlook indifferently as if they were invisible and often regard them with disgust.
However, the infinite combinations of thousands of artificial tubes, wheels, cables and tanks sometimes surprises us in form of a mysterious living organism, like an organic species which is in a state of continuous change and transformation. Not knowing exactly where the emotion comes from, we feel a disturbing mixture of attraction and rejection.
We feel attraction because they vaguely remind us of our own selves and rejection because they display our skeleton with no mercy.
